Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive at Srinagar airport

  Srinagar (5200 ft.): Arrive at Srinagar airport. Meet & greet and transfer by car to Houseboat at Srinagar. Afternoon visit Mogul Gardens, “Chashmi- E- Shahi” (The Royal spring), "Nishat" (The Garden of Pleasure) and "Shalimar" (Abode of Love). Drive along the Lake side on Boulevard on return visit a local Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted specialty Silken Carpets, Shawls, Jewelry, Ornaments etc. Evening you can enjoy Boat Ride on Dal Lake by ”SHIKARA” to witness the ride on lake & experience the aquatic life of Srinagar. Also see the scenic extravaganza of the Kashmir and enjoy the profusion of colours in the Paradise on Earth. Dinner & overnight at the Houseboat.

• Day 2 : Srinagar / Pahalgam (98 Kms & 3 Hrs drive one way)

  Srinagar / Pahalgam (98 Kms & 3 Hrs drive one way) / Srinagar: After breakfast transfers from Srinagar to Pahalgam, It is Kashmir’s premier resort, cool even during the height of summer when the maximum temperature does not exceed 25 degree celcious. While moving from Srinagar to Pahalgam visiting the Awantipura Ruins of 9th Century & Mattan Temple. Pahalgam is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder river. Pahalgam ( 2,130 m ) was once a humble shepherd’s village with breathtaking views. After breakfast you can enjoy the nature & walk around the banks of River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes as well, so you can also go for trekking or horse ridding to the nearby places like Chanadanwari, Aru Valley & Betab Valley (horse riding or the vehicle from Pahalgam Taxi Union at your own cost) . Evening return back to the hotel for overnight stay at Srinagar.

• Day 3 : Srinagar / Gulmarg / Srinagar (56 Kms & 2 Hrs drive one way)

  Srinagar / Gulmarg / Srinagar (56 Kms & 2 Hrs drive one way): After breakfast leave for full day excursion of Gulmarg “Meadow of Flowers”. Gulmarg is 56 Kms from Srinagar at an altitude of 8700-ft. Gulmarg also referred as Meadow of Flowers which is a famous Ski Resort & the world’s highest 18 hole Golf Course. The place was prominent during the British time. On arrival you can enjoy a pony ride & also the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Ride – ( Gondola & Horse ride at your own cost). Return to Srinagar hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
• Day 4 : Srinagar / Sonmarg / Srinagar (96 Kms & 3 Hrs. Drive one way)

  Srinagar / Sonmarg / Srinagar (96 Kms & 3 Hrs. Drive one way): After breakfast leave for full day excursion for Sonamarg situated at an altitude of 9000 Ft. Sonamarg is also called as “The meadow of gold” has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley abounds with trout and mahaseer. Ponies can be hired (at your own cost) for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer. Return back to Srinagar for dinner & overnight stay at Hotel.

  Srinagar: After breakfast transfer by car to Srinagar Airport for departure to next destination with sweet memories of Kashmir Valley.
