  Arrival, welcome to SIN Airport, one of our guest relation executives will meet with you at airport and accompanies with you, from there you will be headed towards Singapore Hotel. Standard check in time 1500hrs. Early check in is not guaranteed. Check in your hotel and relax. Afternoon go for Singapore Garden by the Bay Tour with Flower Dome + Super tree & Cloud Forest –SIC Basis Transfer. Back to your hotel. Overnight stay at Singapore Hotel.

Terms & Conditions

• Booking Confirmation Documents:
• A copy of Passport & PAN of every passenger.
• Return Air Ticket copy of every passenger.
• TCS declaration of every passenger.
• Remarks:
• Check in time at airport is 3hrs ahead of flight departure time. Kindly note that we don't guarantee for the flight punctuality, in case of any delays, we do not have any responsibility for it.
• This tour confirmation is granted only after 40% of the package amount is deposited the rest of the 60% must be deported before 05days from journey date. Without full payment one cannot commence their trip. No exception accepted.
• Important Notes:
• All sightseeing's tours are subject to availability.
• Be present at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time.
• Read the Travel Insurance Policy documents for exact wordings, details of the coverage and limitations.
• Infants will also incur the Travel Insurance cost.
• Please Read Carefully:
• Early check in & late check-out is subject to availability on special request by mail.
• Rates are not valid on Festival |Event |Surcharge dates.
• SIC (seat in coach) pickup time may vary by 30 minutes due to traffic but passenger will have to wait at hotel Lobby as tour voucher wise mentioned time.
• Hotel is entitled to collect refundable security deposit as per hotel policy.
• Disclaimer:
• All rates are valid on departure dates mentioned.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges as per norms.
• Information for Visa: Given information obtained from Embassy and VFS may be subject to change. The embassy reserves the right to ask for additional documents |charges if required and the embassy also holds the right to refuse or rejection the Visa without any explanation. Visa charges will be non-refundable if the Visa have already been processed.
• Surcharges as and when applicable will be advised and passengers would be requested to pay the same. Surcharges could be over and above the total package price quoted to the passengers at the time of booking.
• The Foreign Exchange rate is volatile |dynamic. Full payment will be collected basis prevailing ROE on the day of final transaction.
• The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates. Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only.
• Transfer wherever included are without night surcharges.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
• Service of Tour Manager is not included in this package.
• Sightseeing's tours are strictly based on weather conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without notice.
• Management will not undertake any loss |damage of Life & Accident |Theft |Robbery |Political Issue or any happening during the tour.
• The tour scheduled may change according to the weather conditions or other's reasons.
• As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2 -3 weeks. If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client. Tour Basket India would not be responsible for their transactions and these are solely between the hotels and the clients.

• Original Passport with at last 6 month validity & minimum two blank pages.
• Visa Application from duly filled and signed.
• Two photos, size 3.5x4.5cm with a white background, matte finish with 70% face view
• Round trip Air ticket or e-ticket (paid in full)
• Hotel booking confirmation |Invitation Letter (address to the visa officer, Singapore high commission and New Delhi).
• Covering Letter
• Employed (NOC from the company on this letter-head along with employee ID card copy) & self employed (personal Bank Statement for last 6 months duly signed by bank authorities).

Payment Terms & Methods :
40% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
Submission of all relevant documents is the sole responsibility of the Passenger.
In case we book flight tickets, airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
100% payment to be made before 5days of departure date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
