Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Colombo - Bentota

  Upon arrival at the Colombo International Airport you will be received by one of our representative at the airport. Then transferred to your hotel in Bentota (Beruwala). Bentota (Beruwala) is about 100km from the airport. Bentota is the city of the Golden Beaches. You will be able to relax and feel the spirit of the sea and the warmth of the soft sand. The day is divided in spending Swimming in the water and bathing in the sun. Bentota provides the perfect turf for unfurled vacation at the beach. While enjoying the sun, sea and sand the beach lovers can enroll themselves in various water sports bringing in the unique pleasure of this locale. Overnight stay in Bentota.

• Day 2 : Bentota

  After breakfast, day is left open for own activities to rest at hotel or explore city on your own. If you are looking for more exclusive experience visit the turtle hatchery too. The Turtle Hatchery is the prime turtle nesting site which was open by the Wild life Protection Society in 1981.Visitors can see huge tanks filled with new born turtle hatchlings. After being fed, the baby turtles are taken to the sea and released when they are 2-4 days old, usually during the safer hours of darkness. Overnight stay in Bentota.

• Day 3 : Bentota - Colombo

  After breakfast, Proceed to Colombo. Colombo is the largest city and commercial capital of Sri Lanka. Located on the west coast, it is a busy and vibrant city with a mixture of modern life and colonial buildings and ruins. Colombo has wildly varying architecture that span centuries and depict various styles. Many colonial buildings influenced by the Portuguese, Dutch and British exist alongside structures built in Buddhist, Hindu, Islamic, Indian and Contemporary architectural styles. No other place is this more evident in the heart of the city the Fort area. Colombo also boasts many shopping malls and department stores that offer brand name clothing at highly discounted prices. Therefore, it has become an important shopping destination among tourists. City Tour: While on your city tour in Colombo you may visit famous places include the Galle Face Green, the Viharamahadevi Park, National Museum, two World Trade Center towers, Old Parliament Building, Fort district, old Colombo Lighthouse, Independence Hall at Independence Square in Cinnamon gardens, Jami Ul-Alfar Mosque St.Paul's Church Milagiriya, and prominent Buddhist and Hindu temples. Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators


Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .


Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.


Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:


Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours 
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. 
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours 
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment


Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

50 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
40 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
19 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
09 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 75 % of the tour/service cost
05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.


Please note -
Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.



Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures
