Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : AIRPORT - PINNAWALA - KANDY

  On arrival you will be warmly welcomed by our representative arrange your all faculties including Vehicle / Guide, proceed to Kandy. En- route visiting Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawela. This orphanage is the home for about 60 elephants, out of which many are baby elephants found, abandoned or orphaned in the wild. They are being cared, fed and trained by the wild life authorities. The best time to visit is during the feeding times, when one will have the opportunity of seeing the baby elephants being bottle-fed. You can also accompany the elephants to a river close-by and see the elephants having their routine bath. Check in at the Hotel. Relax in the hotel dinner & overnight stay atHOTEL DEVON IN KANDY

• Day 2 : KANDY - NUWARA ELIYA

  After breakfast, Kandy sightseeing tour including Temple of Tooth Relic , upper lake drive , proceed to NuwaraEliva. En-route visit a tea plantation and a tea factory, where the best tea in the world is produced. You will be told all about the process of manufacturing tea. You can also see how tea is graded. Taste a cup of fresh pure Ceylon tea in the factory. Check how tea is graded in the factory. Check in at Hotel. In the evening do a city tour. NuwaraEliya, because of its invigorating mountain climate and scenery, is Sri Lanka's most popular hill resort. NuwaraEliya is also the heart of Sri Lanka's tea estate, reproducing 50% of the world's best tea. Sri Lanka's highest mountain Pidurutalagala (8282 feet) is located here. Nuwara-Eliya also has one of the finest 18-hole golf courses in South Asia. Overnight in NUWARAELIYA SUN HILL HOTEL

• Day 3 : NUWARA ELIYA - BENTOTA

  After breakfast, visit Sita Amman Temple and AshokaVanam (most important places in the Ramayana Legend in Sri Lanka). Then proceed to Bentota via Kitulgala. This is the place where the famous film 'Bridge on the River Kwai' was made. En-route observe the waterfalls at St. Clare's and Devon. get experience and enjoy with white water rafting program, proceed to Bentota, Bentota – situated on the south west coast, at the confluence of the sea and the Bentota river, the sun drenched location and its golden, palm-fringed beaches which border the warm, sparkling waters of the Indian Ocean made it a natural choice for development as the first tourist resort. • Day 5 : BENTOTA - COLOMBO

  After b/fast, proceed to Colombo. Colombo, like many capital cities in developing countries, is fast changing its face. Almost overnight, skyscrapers rise from where old buildings once stood. Yet in some parts, the old-world charm is retained. For instance, there is 100-years-old clock tower and several British built colonial buildings. Other places of Interest are the old parliament in Fort, residential areas where you find the stately homes of the affluent and the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference, some of shopping malls, as well as ODEL, HOUSE OF FASHION, Dinner & overnight stay at HOTEL CONCORD GRAND OR SIMILAR

• Day 6 : COLOMBO - AIRPORT

  After b/fast if you have spear time to your departure flight, visit panchamugaanjaneyerHindu temple, kalaniyavibeeshana and historical ancient Buddha temple, transfer to the airport according your flight scheduled,

• Above Itinerary is a suggested itinerary and not a confirmed one as it can be changed by our local transporter.


• Above rates are just an offer, if there is any add on or reduction in PAX then rates may change as per Final Number of PAX with available price.


• If you can check the quotation from your side for all your requested options in inclusions, it will be very helpful for us to avoid any miscommunications.


• We strongly recommend every client to upgrade the hotels as per their choice and star category.


• We are intermediary who book and arrange all services for our client. The services are provided by the service providers such as hotels, airlines etc. for which we do not have control on their quality and you are requested to speak to them directly for any service related issues.


• Please be reminded that all special requests like early check-in, smoking, nonsmoking, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed prior.


• The child between 02-03years will not be given any land services.


• GST, Government taxes to be paid extra by the passenger.


• GST/TT will be applicable on above package cost (as per Indian Government Rule).


• We do not provide any porter services.


• All above rates and services are subject to availability and can be changed without prior notice.


• Above rates are not valid in any type of event or exhibitions.


• All transfers and sightseeing are on Seat in coach basis. Extra cost for Private.

• As of now, we are not holding any confirmed airline seats, hotel rooms.


• Actual ROE is charge at the time of confirmation. Currently calculated at 1 USD = INR 60


• Above prices are on Per person basis on Double Occupancy or as specified as otherwise


• The inclusions mentioned in the itinerary are for reference purposes and all the inclusions to subject to your package type booked based on above pricing and acceptance.


• Any delay or cancellation of program due to weather or other reasons will not be eligible for any refund


• Please make sure you follow the timings given by the driver and guide for all the services and transfers. In case you fail to follow the timings, the Driver will leave for which no refund will be given


• Hotels suggested in the itinerary can be changed and will be equivalent or more to the one given to you in terms of price as per the official rate sheet of the hotel.


• The hotel will give the room double or twin as per the availability for which we have no control, the said is between the client and the hotel (bedding type availability)


• We book the room in a certain room type. Any kind of upgrade or downgrade given to the client by the hotel is as a dispute between the hotel and client for which we have no control. Also, any kind of amenities or services not provided by the hotel will be a dispute between the hotel or airline and the client


• We book basic room in the hotel booked by us unless specified the room category.


• Special assistance is subject to approval based on request.


• The above tour cost is calculated as per the current taxes, visa charges and other charges as per the current date. Any change till the time of departure. Any additional cost of such nature will have to be taken care by the client.


• Please note to take care of the visa processing and its time as we will not be responsible for any kind of delays or refusal of visa from the concerned consulate and the cancellation policy of the holiday will be applied.


• If the Hotel or Suppliers change their Quote for the services that they offered, the same will be forwarded to you.


• Any kind of disputes or refunds will not be verbally accepted. We will require the invoice, slips and requisite document with details to be able to process any refunds


• Any kind of hotel cancellations and no shows will be the responsibility of the client.


• As per our cancellation policy, if there is any extra or additional cancellation policy of airline, cruise, hotels etc. the client will be responsible for the same and have to be paid by the client. There are also some tickets that are 100 percent nonrefundable which is also to be taken care by the client.


• Any form of confirmation in terms of email, verbal with advance payment will be treated as confirmation. We also understand that the client accepts the above terms and conditions before confirming the above holiday.


• All cheques or Bank Transfers for payment have to be in favor of “Arrangement Travels Pvt. Ltd".


• 100 % payment at the time of booking needed (Partial Payment Facilities also available as per booking condition).  


• Our Bank details (Company Current Account) are given below.


• Airfare / Train fare / Cruise Fare / Ferry fare – 100% cancellation once ticket is issued.


• 10 days prior to date of event or in case of no-show, 100% retention is payable


• 10-30 Days prior to date of event, 75% retention is payable


• 30-45 days prior to date of event, 50% retention is payable


• 45 Days or prior, service fee of 10% of total package amount is payable


• No refunds in case of early check-out decrease in no. of pax, meals not consumed.


• ROW Holidays applies exactly the same Hotel/Service provider’s cancellation policy and any refunds applicable will be issued only after ROW Holidays has received the same from the Hotel/Airline/Service providers.


• At all the Hotels the Check In time would be 1400hrs and Check Out time would be 1200hrs [Early Check In - Late Check Out are provided on availability].


• Additional Night Rate applies for Guaranteed Early Check - Late Check-Out.
