Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Sri Lanka - Pinnawala – Kandy

  Spend a perfect holiday in Sri Lanka which commences upon arrival at the Colombo airport. Thereafter make way to Kandy which is 116 kilometres from Colombo. Lying amidst the hills, Kandy is the last capital of the ancient kings of Sri Lanka. With its luxuriant prairie, picturesque lake, longest river of the country and misty mountains, Kandy mesmerizes every visitor.
  Enroute visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to enjoy the exceptional experience of feeding and bathing elephants. Your next visit will be to the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens which is a paradise for nature lovers.
  Post having your dinner, enjoy your overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 2 : Kandy

  After the delicious Breakfast, proceed for Kandy City Tour which includes visit to one of the world heritages as well as a sacred place for the Buddhists all over the world; namely the Temple of tooth Relic known to the Sri Lankans as Dalada Maligawa. If time permits, you may proceed to the Kandy Lake where you can enjoy a leisure walk. The real evidence of the richness will be affirmed by your visit to the Gem Museum. Sri Lanka produces the finest quality of gems in the world. In the evening you will witness a traditional cultural dance show. Post having your dinner, enjoy your overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 3 : Kandy – Bentota

  Head out for your next destination, Bentota. On your arrival in the city, check into your hotel and get ready to spend some time at the renowned Bentota Beach. Enjoy taking a swim in the teal water of the ocean or catch up on some book while sun bathing on the golden sands of the region. Snack on local delicacies from the beach stalls and sip on delicious local beverages. The adventure junkie is you will be excited with all the water sports options available; you can indulge in activities like water skiing, jet skiing, wake boarding, and wind surfing – there is no better way to spend a day in Bentota. The later part of the day is saved for a visit to Madu River. On your arrival at the site, take the river boat ride and cruise through the lush green mangroves and find yourself captivated by flora and fauna unique to the region. Spot monitor lizards, egrets, and kingfishers and see the beauty of nature here. Overnight stay at Bentota.

• Day 4 : Bentota

  Head out for a visit to the Bentota Turtle Hatchery. Have a memorable experience while learning about the various species of turtles and their conservation, and you get to hold some to the baby turtles too. Evening brings with it the highlight of this visit. You get to release baby turtles back into the sea during sunset and create memories that are etched in your heart forever. Overnight stay at Bentota.

• Day 5 : Bentota – Colombo

  Proceed for your onward journey to Colombo. Upon reaching the capital city, take a guided tour and explore all the important structures and must-visit sites of the city. Start your excursion with a visit to the Galle Face Green, the urban park facing the ocean surrounded by the cities financial district. Later stop by the Independence Square and learn about the Lankan culture and heritage at the Colombo National Museum. Take a walk through the city and stop by the Twin World Trade Center and admire its brilliant design and contemporary architecture and explore the Old Parliament Building your options are unlimited. Overnight stay at Colombo.

• Day 6 : Colombo

  You have the rest of the day at leisure. You can choose to explore the intriguing Fort District or stop by the Dutch Museum. Save the evening for shopping and head to the House of Fashion and Beverly Streets to hoard on designer clothes at a throwaway price. You can also make your way to Odel and Noritake and buy gifts and souvenirs for friends and family. Drop to Hotel.

• Day 7 : Departure

  Post Breakfast, leave for the airport for your return Journey.
