To confirm the bookings, you will have to pay 10% in advance to and the remaining balance can be paid on arrival at the airport.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
21 days or less : 100% cancellation charge.
22 days and 28 days : 50% cancellation charges
Above 29 days : No cancellation charges

The Above-mentioned hotels will only be confirmed on availability at the time of booking. If not possible alternatives will be suggested.

Please note that check-in time to all hotels will be 1400hrs and check-out is at 1200hrs.

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on availability of the hotel.

100% Cancellation applicable on changing the proposed | reserved hotel during the tour.

Sightseeing:

All Sightseeing Optional, Can visit if Guest likes only.

Some sites are subject to time and weather condition and other unavoidable circumstances. E.g.: Wild safari, Whale watching, etc.

At Nuwara Eliya, Sightseeing and travel not allowed after 8pm due to mist and fog smoking prohibited inside the vehicle.
