Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Colombo

  Welcome to Colombo. On arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, our representative will you and will escort you to the vehicle. Here begins your splendid holiday in Sri Lanka. En route to your destination, you can take a halt and visit one of the most unique tourist attractions of Sri Lanka, Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Here, you can watch how volunteers and caretakers take care of orphaned and injured elephants by feeding, bathing and providing shelter to them. You can even walk with the herd to a nearby river to watch the elephants play and bathe in the water. Later, enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Kandy.

• Day 2 : Kandy

  After a hearty breakfast, start with your city tour of Kandy. The last capital of the ancient kings of Sri Lanka, Kandy is known for its immense natural beauty and ancient architecture. It is one of the seven UNESCO World Heritage sites of Sri Lanka, where picturesque lake, the country's longest river and green grassland add pleasure to your eyes. Your city tour will include visit to the Temple of Tooth Relic, known as Dalada Maligawa in Sri Lanka. It is not only a world heritage site, but also one of the sacred places for Buddhists from all over the world. A visit to the Temple of Tooth Relic will be followed by a visit to Kandy Lake. Enjoy a leisure walk along the lakeside and then head for a visit to Gem Museum. Here you can see a wide range of semi- precious gems, known as the sapphires of Sri Lanka. In the evening, you will be taken for a traditional cultural dance show. Return back to hotel. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Kandy.

• Day 3 : Kandy - Bentota

  After a sumptuous breakfast in hotel, proceed for Bentota, the city of golden beaches. Bentota is meant for you to relax, to feel the spirit of sea and warmth of soft golden sand. You can either swim in the blue waters or relax on the beach for hours. Apart from enjoying sun, sand and sea, water sports lovers can enjoy a plethora of water activities here in Bentota. After an amazing day with the ocean, return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Bentota.

• Day 4 : Bentota

  After a hearty breakfast at hotel, proceed for a city tour of Bentota. If you want an exclusive experience in Bentota, visit the turtle hatchery (Aluthgama/Bentota). The hatchery is the prime turtle-nesting site that was opened by the Wildlife Protection Society in 1981. Here visitors can see huge tanks filled with baby turtles, which are being fed, taken to the sea and then released when they turn 2-4 days old. Return back to the hotel in the evening. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Bentota

• Day 5 : Bentota - Colombo

  After a sumptuous breakfast, start your journey for Colombo. Colombo is the largest city and commercial capital of Sri Lanka. Located on the west coast, Colombo is busy, vibrant and boasts of a beautiful mix of modern and colonial architecture. The sight of colonial buildings influenced by Portuguese, British and Dutch on one hand and Hindu, Islam and Buddhist on the other hand, is a delight to watch. The Fort area of the city is a must go. Your city tour of Colombo will include Galle Face Green, the Viharamahadevi Park, Twin World Trade Center Towers, Old Parliament Building, Fort district, Independence Hall at Independence Square.(Entrance fees to sites not included / dinner, transfers to restaurants not included). Colombo boasts of big shopping malls and departmental stores selling branded stuff and discounted prices. You can visit Odel, House of Fashion, Beverly Street, Majestic City, Noritake, etc. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Colombo.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators


Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .


Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.


Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:


Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours 
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. 
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours 
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment


Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

50 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
40 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
19 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
09 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 75 % of the tour/service cost
05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.


Please note -
Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.



Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures
