Day 1 :
Arrive Colombo Sri Lanka 0600hrs. & Transfer to Hotel. (Airport-Colombo approx.01 hour drive) Check in. After Breakfast free time till Lunch.Colombo city tour and shopping..Visit the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya, a famous Buddha temple built in the 3rd century B.C. Also visit a shrine dedicated to Vibhishana, , followed by the temple dedicated to Anjaneear at Kalubowila, Dehiwela. This is the only temple in the world to have a chariot dedicated to Anjaneear. Kelaniya is also the centre for traditional Sinhala pottery.In the evening free time for shopping. Overnight at Colombo.
Day 2 :
After Breakfast transfer to Kandy, En route visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage & spice Garden. (Colombo – Kandy approx. 3 ½ hrs. drive.) Check in to the hotel at Kandy. Post Lunch city tour of Kandy, including Upper Lake Drive, Market Square and Temple of the tooth relic, Arts and Crafts centre, and Gems museum. Evening, attend the cultural show featuring various types of cultural dance performance. Overnight at Kandy.
Day 3 : Kandy - Dambulla – Sigiriya –Matale – Kandy
After breakfast, Excursion to Dambulla, Sigiriya. Visit the Sigiriya rock fortress - Lion rock and Frescoes of the Heavenly Maidens at Sigiriya. Later visit the Dambulla rock temple - The ancient caves and the tallest Buddha statue. Lunch at Dambulla. Visit Matale’s famous spice garden and witness a Cookery demonstration. Arrive at Kandy in the evening. Overnight at Kandy.
Day 4 : Peradeniya - Nuwara Eliya approx 2 ½ hours drive
After Breakfast visit Peradeniya -Royal Botanical Garden. Thereafter, proceed to Nuwara Eliya; En route visit the Anjaneear (Hanuman) temple of Ramayana. Visit Ramboda water fall & a Tea Factory. Lunch at Ramboda Falls. Overnight at Nuwara Eliya.
Day 5 : Nuwara Eliya – Hakgala
After Breakfast - Nuwara Eliya city tour including Seeta Amman temple. Visit the Hakgala Botanical Gardens (Ashok wan) - the pleasure gardens of King Ravana. Lunch & free time for relaxation. Overnight at Nuwara Eliya.
Day 6 :
After Breakfast transfer to Negambo; Along the way, enjoy the beautiful landscape of Srilankan Mountains and valleys. Visit Tea museum and Kithulgala (where the movie ‘Bridge on River Qui ‘was filmed ) Proceed to Beach Resort at Negambo. Enjoy the evening at Beach. Overnight at Negambo.
Day 7 :
Full day free at the Beach resort. Proceed to Colombo at 7 p.m. Dinner at Colombo. Proceed to Airport after Dinner. Tour Ends on a Sweet Note.
