Day 1 : ARRIVAL SRINAGAR
Upon arrival at Srinagar airport & meet our representative who will transfer you to hotel / house boat, after check in & fresh up & proceed for local sightseeing of Srinagar visit:-Mughal made garden these Gardens are known as Mughal gardens like-
Nishat garden: Nishat Bagh is a garden of bliss that commands a magnificent view of the lake beneath the snow-capped Pir Panjal mountain range that stands far away to the west of the valley. The Bagh was designed and built in 1633 by Asif Khan, elder brother of Nur Jehan.
Shalimar Bagh: It is here that Emperor Jahangir built his celebrated Shalimar Bagh, his dream project to please his queen. He enlarged the ancient garden in 1619 into a royal garden and called it 'Farah Baksh' ('the delightful'). He built it for his wife Nur Jahan ('light of the world'). In 1630,
Cheshma Shahi: Chashme Shahi or Chashma i Shahi (translation: the royal spring), also called Chashma Shahi, is one of the Mughal gardens built in 1632 AD around a spring by Ali Mardan Khan, a governor of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as per the orders of the Emperor, as a gift for his elder son Prince Dara Shikoh.
PARI MAHAL: Pari Mahal or The Angels' Abode is a seven terraced garden located at the top of Zabarwan mountain range over-looking city of Srinagar and south-west of Dal Lake.[1] The architecture depicts an example of Islamic architecture and patronage of art during the reign of the then Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. It is five-minute drive from Cheshmashahi, Srinagar. The Pari Mahal was built by Mughal Prince Dara Shikoh in the mid-1600s. It served as a library and an abode for him. Dara Shikoh was said to have lived in this area in the years 1640, 1645, and 1654. It was further used as an observatory, useful for teaching astrology and astronomy.
Shankaracharya Temple: The Shankaracharya Temple, also known as the Jyesteshwara temple or Pas-Pahar by Buddhists. Shankracharya Temple, it was renamed as Takht-e-Suleiman, is situated on the top of the Shankaracharya Hill, also called Gopadari Hill in the Zabarwan Mountain in Srinagar. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is on the summit of the same name at a height of 1,000 feet (300 m) above the plain and overlooks the city of Srinagar & shopping in market for Kashmir handicrafts, shah art palace & at evening Shikara ride will be provide to visit Famous Nehru Park, golden Lake, floating garden, lily flower Garden. Day 2 : SRINAGAR – GULMARG DAY TRIP
After breakfast drive to Gulmarg (known as meadows of flowers). The distance of 60Kms, will be 2 hrs drive, the places to visit in gulmarg: Kongdori, Khilanmarg, Alpathar Lake, Maharani Temple, Ningli Nalla Golf Course, St. Mary Church to visit all these places if the weather permits & Also, while in Gulmarg don’t forget to pay your respects at the famous Shrine of Baba Reshi, a Muslim saint.
Gulmarg: - Gulmarg is a town, a hill station, a popular skiing destination. The town is situated in the Pirpanjal range & legendary beauty, its prime location and its proximity to Srinagar naturally make it one of the premier hill resorts in country originally named Gaurimarg mouth a moat indicates the dividing it was renamed Gulmarg in the 16th century by Sultan Yusuf Shah, who was inspired by the sight of its grassy slopes emblazoned with wild flowers. Gulmarg was a favorite haunt of Emperor Jahangir who once collected 21 different varieties of flowers. Today Gulmarg is not merely a mountain resort of exceptional beauty it also has the highest green golf course in the world, at an attitude of 2,650 metres (8,690 ft) above sea level, and is the country's prime ski resort in the winter. Evening return back to Srinagar & overnight stay at srinagar.
Day 3 : SRINAGAR – SONAMARG DAY TRIP
Morning After breakfast drive to Sonamarg distance - 86 km will be covered in 3 hours. Altitude 3,000 mtrs. On the way visit water fall and streams& etc.
Sonamarg: -
Sonamarg is sheer scenic splendor, situated on the way to Ladakh. It offers spectacular mountain ranges with varied geological features. Some of these mountains which rise to a height of about 5,300 meters from sea are lavishly green and some are barren and rocky. Thajiwas Glaciers which is exhilarating to visit there you can go by horse and in the evening drive back to Srinagar & overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 4 : SRINAGAR- PAHALGAM
After having the breakfast at the hotel, and drive to Pahalgam 2440 Mtrs (known as Valley of Sheppard’s) on the way visit Saffron fields and Avantipur ruins which is eleven hundred years old temple. Finally by the lunch time you will reach to Pahalgam, which is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. After lunch enjoy the nature charm of the valley & Later walk along pony trails with a magnificent view of the mountains, and can go to Chandanwadi, betab & aru valley by separate car & the most of the sightseeing in Pahalgam is by Horse like baisaran, Dublin water fall and etc & back to hotel overnight stay at pahalgam.
Day 5 : PAHALGAM-KATRA
After breakfast leave for katra by car the distance is 250 kms which will be cover in 9 to 11 hrs, on the you can stop for lunch at Patnitop & on arrival at katra check in hotel, over night at katra.
Day 6 : MATA DARSHAN
Early in the morning proceeds further to visit the Holy temple of Vaishno Devi. This temple is situated on the top of the Trikuta hill about 24km away from Katra too & fro. To visit this temple one has to hire a pony, palki or travel by foot. Popular belief holds that anybody who walks the Himalayan trail to her abode to ask for a boon rarely goes back disappointed & 2nd option is by helicopter in 3 hrs your Darshan is complete After visiting the temple return back to Katra overnight stay at katra.
Day 7 : KATRA – DARAMSHALLA
After breakfast, proceed for Dharamshala/Mcleodgang (240 Kms/6 Hours) which is a famous hill resort lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar range about 17 kms North-East of Kangra town. This hill station is wooded with oak and conifer trees & snow capped mountains enfold three sides of the town while the valley stretches in front. Check into the hotel. Replete with Tibetan culture and the residence of his holiness “The Dalai Lama”. Overnight stay at Dharamshala/Mcleodganj.
Day 8 : DARAMSHALLA
After breakfast, visit Dal lake, Bhagsu water falls and Tibetan Monastery. In the afternoon, visit Naddi village which affords a magnificent view of Dhauladhar mountain range to the north and the vast expanse of lush Kangra valley to the south. This place is situated far away from the hustle and bustle of the Mcleodganj market and provides complete peace of mind. Back to Dharamshala/Mcleodgang in the evening. Explore the local market and have shopping of Tibetian items. Overnight stay at Dharamshala/Mcleodganj.
Day 9 : DARAMSHALLA – MANALI
Early morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed for famous hill resort of Manali (245 Kms/6 Hours). From temples to antiquity, picturesque sightseeing spots and adventure activities, Manali is a popular resort for all seasons and for all travellers. The landscape of Manali is breath taking. It is an excellent place for holiday seekers, a favorite resort for trekkers to Lahaul, Spiti, Bara Bhangal (Kangra), and Zanskar ranges. One sees well-defined snow capped peaks and the Beas river with its clear water meanders through the town. Check into the hotel. Overnight stay at Manali.
Day 10 : MANALI
After breakfast, full day excursion at Rohtang Pass. Also visit Kothi, George, Gulaba & Marh. Back to Manali in the evening. visit Manu Temple, Hadimba Devi Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisht Village. In the evening, stroll around the Mall Road. Overnight stay at Manali.
Day 11 : MANALI – SHIMILA
After breakfast, proceed for the queen of hill stations, Shimla (260 Kms/6 Hours). Check into the hotel. In the evening, visit Lakker bazar and move around Mall road. Overnight stay at Shimla.
Day 12 : SHIMILA
After breakfast, full day sightseeing of Chail, Kufri, Jakhoo Hills, Green Valley, White Flower Hall, Indira Tourist Park & Mini Zoo in Shimla. In the evening, visit Mall Road for Shopping. Overnight stay at Shimla.
Day 13 : SHIMILA – AMRITSAR
Early morning after breakfast, check out from hotel & proceed for Amritsar (335 Kms/8 hours) which is the spritual centre of Sikhism and home to the Shri Harminder Sahib (Golden Temple). Check into the hotel. In the evening, visit India-Pakistan Wagah border and watch the famous retreat ceremony which is performed at this place every evening before sunset. Overnight stay at Amritsar.
Day 14 : AMRITSAR – CHANDIGRAH
After breakfast check out hotel & visit local sightseeing if any left on day 1 & afternoon drive 230 kms 5hrs from Amritsar to Chandigarh check in at hotel after fresh up Start your city tour with Rock Garden which is made of industrial and urban waste. Then visit Sukhna Lake that lies in the foothills of shivalik range. People visit here for picnic and for the water activities. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 15 : CHANDIGRAH – DELHI
After breakfast, visit Rose Garden which is Asia's largest garden. It contains more than 17000 species of plants and over 16000 varities of roses. Rose Garden also hosts annual rose festival or festival of garden in the month of February or March. After that visit Museum and art gallery, a place that houses magnificent Gandhara period stone sculptures, Hindu sculpture, Miniature Paintings, Decorative arts and coins. The credit for the wonderful designing of this museum goes to Le Corbusier at evening leave for delhi ( 245 kms/ 4hrs check in hotel & overnight stay in Delhi .
Day 16 : DELHI
After breakfast, visit the beautiful city Delhi, the capital of India covering Laxmi Narayan Temple, the famous Humayun Tomb and the Bahia Temple, also known as the Lotus Temple, India Gate - The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House - The Government headquarters, Qutab Minar. In the afternoon take a city tour of Old Delhi covering Jama Masjid - The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort - The red stone magic, Raj Ghat - the memorial of the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi. Overnight at hotel.
Day 17 : DELHI – AGRA DAY TRIP
Starting from Delhi, proceed to Agra after an early breakfast. By a car (with driver) and reach Agra by lunch time. Post lunch and a siesta, proceed to the magnificent Taj Mahal. Avoid visiting it in the afternoon since it can get very warm and the hot marble can scald your bare feet since shoes are not allowed in the monument.Evenings tend to be quite crowded, but the Taj is extremely beautiful at dusk. Get a tour from a certified guide to acquaint yourself with the history and significance of this magnificent monument. Post the tour, spend remainder of the evening enjoying Taj as the sun sets. Agra Fort and explore its vast grounds with a certified guide & proceed to Itimad-ud-daulah and Sikandara (Akbar’s serenely beautiful tomb). head to Fatehpur Sikri, the first planned city of the Mughals and also the first one designed in Mughal architecture, an amalgamation of Indian architecture, Persian and Islamic architecture. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986. Return back to delhi over in delhi.
Day 18 : DELHI DEPARTURE
Morning After breakfast, transfer will be given to Delhi airport / railway station to board your flights / train for onwards destination our service terminates here.
