Cancellation Policy

• Any Cruise Length Except 1 Night) the Cancellation Charges per person) from reconfirmation date-


• 30 days and more prior departure, 25% of Full Fare will be charged


• 29 to 15 days before departure, 50% of Full Fare will be charged


• 14 to 08 days before departure , 75% of Full Fare will be charged


• 07 days or less 100% of Full Fare will be charged


• If No Show / No Written Notice 100% of Full Fare will be charged

• CRUISING INFORMATION-


• Check in and Embarkation - Please present your completed immigration forms, original passport/government photo ID and Confirmation Slip to the counter staff.


• Disembarkation- Ensure all travel documents such as passport/government photo ID and relevant visa are in your hand carry bag for prompt and fast disembarkation process. There may be instances where you would need to complete certain documentation to enable to disembark at some ports of call.


• Baggage - We recommend that each guest take no more than one checked in baggage and one hand carry bag. These must fit comfortably in your cabin as no baggage will be stored in the ships hold. Your total baggage weight should not be more than 30kg.


• IMPORTANT NOTICE!


• Failure to submit passport information as required may result to deny boarding.


• Star Cruises will NOT be liable for any refund of the cruise fare in part nor in full should the passenger be denied boarding.


• Relevant visa/travel documents must be obtained prior to sailing. Please check with respective embassy on visa requirement.


• Advise passport information of passengers at least 5) five days prior to departure

• Passage for Pregnant woman will only be permitted before her 24th week of pregnancy at the time sailing Children aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the cruise will be refused permission to board the cruise ship and the Carrier shall have no liability whatsoever for any consequences of such refusal.


• A Guest under 18 years of age Minor) must be accompanied by a Guest 18 years or older Accompany Adult). The Accompanying Adult expressly agrees to be responsible for the Minor throughout the Cruise Every adult Guest travelling with any minor Guest, shall be responsible for the safety, conduct and behaviour of the minor Guest.


• PASSENGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, VISAS AND OTHER IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS WHICH MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING APPLICABLE EXAMPLES; ORIGINAL PHOTO ID/DRIVER'S LICENSE, BIRTH CERTIFICATES FOR CHILD BELOW 12 YEARS OLD, PASSPORT VALIDITY OF AT LEAST 6 MONTHS) ARE IN ORDER AND COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM THEIR HOME COUNTRY. NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION WILL BE MADE TO PASSENGERS WHO ARE DENIED EMBARKATION RESULTING FROM NON-COMPLIANCE OF IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS.


• Via.com is not responsible for any changes in the sailing, prices or any other changes implemented by the cruise liner.

• First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost .
