Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Los Angeles

  Your Group Leader(s) will meet you at the Los Angeles International Airport and you will be transferred to awaiting tour vans.After flight arrival and transfer to hotel, we will head out for included dinner. At dinner we’ll have a welcome meeting where your Group Leader will give you important information about the tour.
• Day 2 : Six Flags Magic Mountain

  Breakfast is served at our hotel in Los Angeles. After breakfast we head north to Santa Clarita where we spend a full day at Disneyland! After a full day at Disneyland we will leave in the late afternoon to spend an evening in Santa Monica.The evening we will spend in Santa Monica, heading to Buca di Beppo for a delicious Italian meal. Afterwards we will go to Santa Monica Beach on the Pacific Ocean.
• Day 3 : Calico, Seligman, Williams

  After breakfast at our hotel, we depart LA and head for Calico, the former old west mining town turned ghost town. It was made famous for having one of the largest silver strikes in 1881 only to be abandoned 12 years later.Before leaving Barstow, we will pick up picnic lunches (on your own). We continue on our way to Kingman, another classic wild-west town and then to the historic Route 66 town of Seligman, where we’ll stop to explore this Americana road stop town.We finish the day in Williams, AZ where we’ll enjoy a BBQ meal at Wild West Junction. We spend the night at our multi-share cabins in Williams, AZ.
• Day 4 : Grand Canyon National Park

  After an early breakfast, we will depart for the Grand Canyon, one of the world’s seven wonders, where we can watch the changing colors over the canyon! At 450km long, 6-30km wide and 600m deep Canyon looks awe-inspiring from any angle.We’ll have Time to hike and explore the canyon along with enjoying lunch at the Grand Canyon. After departing the Grand Canyon, we head back to our multi-share cabins in the historic route 66 town of Williams.
• Day 5 : Monument Valley

  Today as we depart from Grand Canyon and Williams we will make a stop at the Cameron Trading post for a short shopping stop where you can find many Native American goods for purchase before continuing on to Monument Valley.Once we arrive in monument valley we will trade-in our van for a 4X4 Jeep and head out into the back country of monument valley. We will be joined by a local Navajo-guide who will take our jeep through Monument Valley where he will tell the stories behind these sacred monuments providing an insightful visit to this wonderful landscape.At the end of our jeep tour we will drive to our dinner location where we will be hosted by locals in a camp-out where we will indulge in the Local cuisine Traditional Navajo Tacos. After dinner and a campfire ceremony we will have the opportunity to sleep in a tradition Hogan.
• Day 6 : Zion National Park

  After an early morning sunrise we will enjoy a camp breakfast before being escorted out of Monument valley in our 4X4 Jeep. We will begin to make our way to Zion with a stop at Horseshoe Bend. We’ll also cross the Glen Canyon Dam, an area which used to be inhabited by Indians and was flooded when the dam was built across the Colorado River.Tonight we will set up camp within the walls of the mighty Zion Canyon. After camp dinner, our guides will teach us how to roast the perfect marshmallow over the fire.
• Day 7 : Las Vegas

  After camp breakfast, we will have the opportunity to hike up angels landing in Zion National park before continuing to the bright lights and glamor of Las Vegas, a city you simply have to experience!We’ll stop for lunch en-route to Las Vegas (on your own).After checking in to our hotel, we will have some free time to relax by the pool. We then head out for a night on the town starting with traditional Vegas buffet dinner.
  
  Following dinner, we will be picked up by a limo party bus. While we party “Vegas style” our limo driver will get us around town safely. Tonight we get our pictures taken in front of the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, get to see the vintage Vegas of the Fremont Street Experience and take in the show of water, music and light at the Fountains of Bellagio. Our limo driver will bring us back to our hotel.
• Day 8 : Death Valley, Bishop

  We enjoy breakfast buffet at our hotel in Las Vegas before driving through Death Valley, a wealth of geological phenomena: large sand dune formations, sculpted rocks, and isolated valleys. We’ll even stop at the lowest point in North America, Badwater Basin. Lunch on your own in Death Valley—shade and air conditioned general store available.We continue to Bishop where we can explore the small town with scenic backdrop of Sierra Nevada Mountains.
• Day 9 : Yosemite National Park

  After breakfast, we depart for Yosemite, amazing natural scenery among granite peaks, waterfalls, wildlife, and forests, as well as rich history of human inhabitants. We’ll travel along the eastern basin of Sierra Nevada mountains, before climbing Tioga Pass (weather permitting*) and passing Tenaya Lake. We’ll stop at the Tuolumne Grove, where we’ll hike to the giant sequoias, to explore the largest trees on the planet.We then continue to Yosemite Valley, where we’ll get lunch (on your own) and take time to visit various viewpoints in the Valley- time permitting.After exploring the valley, we’ll check-in to our canvas tent cabins at Curry Village. Fresh-baked pizza will be served for dinner.
• Day 10 : San Francisco

  In the morning we get to enjoy continental breakfast before saddling up on our bikes for 8:30am cycling tour of Yosemite Valley. Afterwards, we depart for San Francisco, the City by the Bay.We will head to visit Fisherman’s Wharf where you can see San Francisco’s famous Sea Lions, shop at Pier 39 or grab something to eat (at own cost). Afterwards, we’ll visit the iconic Golden Gate Bridge.From the bridge, our guides will also take us on a historic Cable Car before checking into our hotel. We head back into Union Square to check out the city’s most lively shopping district and dinner at the Hard Rock Café (included).
• Day 11 : San Francisco / Depature

  Jump-start your day today with a pancake breakfast at the International House of Pancakes. After breakfast we head out to the embarcadero and board our boat for our trip out to Alcatraz. The group will be divided into two back to back departures due to our large passenger numbers.Returning to the mainland, our adventure comes to finish, and we say farewell with memories the will last a lifetime. Our guides will take us to the airport for our departure flight back to Europe.Have a safe flight back home!
