Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi Arrival

  On arrival at the capital city you will be received at the airport with garlands by our Go Heritage India Journeys staff. Our executive would escort you to your pre-booked Hotel. After check in formality relax after a long trip. In the evening wander around shopping in the districts in the city. Overnight will be at Delhi.

• Day 2 : Delhi

  Today you will take full day sightseeing tour of New Delhi and Old Delhi which include Qutab Minar, one of the earliest remains of Slave Dynasty, Humayun's Tomb-the finest Mughal monument believed to be forerunner of Taj Mahal, India Gate, the 42 meter high arch raised as a memorial to soldiers, drives past the graceful monuments like Parliament House, President's House, Secretariat Building, Lotus Temple and The Connaught Place. Afternoon visit another jewels of Mughal Architecture-The Red fort and the massive Jama Masjid. In the evening you can enjoy a rikshaw ride through narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk and also enjoy some lip smacking food. Late evening back to the hotel for a night stay.

• Day 3 : Delhi - Sariska (140 kms/ 3Hrs.)

  Morning after breakfast move to Sariska situated near the Aravalli range in the Alwar district of Rajasthan. On the arrival in the city check in at the resort. Post lunch kick off for a wild expedition to the Sariska National Park. Explore the wild jungles of Sariska rich in diverse flora and fauna. Spot the ferocious tigers, Striped Hyaena, Leopard and other wild creatures. Late in the evening move back to the hotel for a leisurely dinner and comfortable stay at the resort.

• Day 4 : Sariska - Jaipur (200 Kms. / 2Hrs.)

  Today morning after breakfast, enjoy last glimpse to the Park and spent in exploring the wild life of Rajasthan. After a wild safari amidst the jungles check out of the hotel and head towards the next destination to Jaipur to explore the pink monuments of Jaipur city. On arrival sign in at the hotel for a comfortable night's sleep in Jaipur.

• Day 5 : Jaipur

  After an early breakfast, enjoy a full day guided tour of Jaipur. Visit the prime attractions of the pink city such as the City Palace Museum, Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), Jantar Mantar. Enjoy an elephant ride up to the famous17th century Amer Fort. In the evening enjoy sumptuous delicacies at the fascinating ethnic village resort Chowki Dhan with live folk and dance performances. Later move on to the hotel. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Jaipur.

• Day 6 : Jaipur - Ranthambore (180 Kms/3Hrs.)

  In the morning drive to Rantahmbore to explore the wild creatures; although the striped beauty is undoubtedly its star attraction. On arrival transfer to the wildlife resort and in the afternoon set out for a Jeep safari into the national park. Come face to face with the wildlife and see the majestic Tigers prowling in jungles. Evening is free for jungle activities inside the Park. Overnight at the resort.

• Day 7 : Ranthambore

  In the morning game drive to the Park for a Tiger safari in a jeep and explore the diverse flora and fauna. For wildlife enthusiast this is the best place to photograph Tigers in their natural habitat. After an early safari move back to the resort for a healthy breakfast. In the afternoon visit the 13th Century historical Ranthambore fort before retiring to the resort for the night.

• Day 8 : Ranthambore - Agra (294 Kilometers / 183 Miles)

  Loading memories of your wild adventure in Ranthambore on the ninth day of your Taj tour & Tiger you will be driven to Agra. Reach the Medieval city of Mughals, Agra at afternoon where our Go Heritage India Journeys tour guide shall provide a pertinent location for your stay in the city of world heritage. After freshen up a tour to the Taj Mahal city shall then follow. In the afternoon you shall visit the World heritage site the tomb of Itmadullah’s Tomb; considered to have magnificent interiors better than The Taj Mahal. After an intricate trip to the city you shall spend the night at the hotel at Agra where you can relish your feast with Mughali Cuisines.

• Day 9 : Agra - Khajuraho (By Train via Jhansi)

  Morning at sunrise visit the magnificent Taj Mahal. The jewel of this tour is surely the Taj Mahal, at sunrise, when its colors and ethereal beauty is beyond words. Afterwards visit the Agra Fort and admire the unparallel beauty of the Taj from Agra Fort. Thereafter transfer to the railway station at 8:10 AM to catch the super fast Shatabdi Express to reach Khajuraho via Jhansi. Reach Jhansi by 10:45 AM and drive to Khanjuraho covering a distance of 175 Kms in 6 hrs. En-route visit the sleepy medieval town of Orchha. On arrival our Go Heritage India Journeys representative will escort you to the hotel. After check in formalities relax at the hotel. In the evening you can enjoy the light and sound program in Khajuraho. Back to the Hotel for night stay.

• Day 10 : Khajuraho - Bhandhavgarh

  The day shall advent with a breakfast and shall continue the half day site seeing tour of Khajuraho. Visit the legendary temples of Khajuraho dedicated to the Hindu Gods. Later visit the Western and Eastern temples of Khajuraho while our Go Heritage India Journeys guide explains the intricate meaning and legends behind each describable sculpture. In the afternoon transfer back to the hotel and drive towards Bhandhavgarh. On reaching Bhandhavgarh in the evening check in at the resort for an overnight stay.

• Day 11 : Bhandhavgarh

  Take an early breakfast & then start your Jungle Safari in Bhandhavgarh. Enjoy a thrilling Jeep Safari to catch a glimpse of the majestic tigers and other wild creatures at the park. Enjoy Tiger trailing, bird watching inside the park. Also visit the magnificent Bandhavgarh Fort. Evenings are free for jungle activities. Late in the evening back to the resort for overnight stay.

• Day 12 : Bhandhavgarh - Delhi (By Train)

  In the morning take an early sunrise jeep safari to the park and explore the great wildlife reserves and also with the high possibility of encountering the tiger. Breakfast and lunch at the resort. In the evening check out of the resort and get transferred to Umaria railway station to catch a train for Delhi.
