Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival to Tangier

The tour with Your Morocco Holidays - private tour from Tangier starting today and our tour driver will meet you either at the Airport or your hotels, welcome you, and give you a short introduction to the tour itinerary. We will have a brief ride in the city before staying in a hotel for an overnight.
Day 2 : Tangier – Chefchaouen

After breakfast, we will go to Chefchaouen. Chefchaouen is a wonderful small mountain city of Morocco, with all its walls are painted in Blue and white, creating a great view. You will see in our arrival to the city; Ras El-Ma River, walk in the Medina, and over Utta El Hammam Plaza.
Day 3 : Chefchaouen – Meknes – Volubilis - Fes

Today we are leaving Chefchaouen to visit Meknes, Volubilis, and finally spend a night in Fes. You will see the historical gates of Bab Khmiss, and Bab El Mansour, and Moulay Idris Zerhoun sacred tomb at Meknes, have lunch, and then continue to visit the stunning Roman ruins of Volubilis. You’ll have a ride over the place and take the loveliest pictures. We will arrive in Fes at the end of our second day of the tour.
Day 4 : Fes Sightseeing

Today, enjoy a guided trip back in time in the city of Fes, after breakfast. Fes is a city of cultural, historical, and religious heritage; you will see the oldest university in the world “Al Quaraouiyine”, Al Quaraouiyine Mosque, The Tanneries, the Jewish quarter “Mellah”, without forgetting the seven awe-inspiring doors of the royal palace. You will also walk with a tour guide over the old Medina of Fes, with its small squares, multiple shops of food, traditional clothes, craft shops of leather and pottery. Dinner will be served in a good restaurant in the Medina, and then go back to the hotel to spend an overnight.
Day 5 : Fes – Ifran – Azrou – Midelt – Merzouga

We will be passing by the high Atlas mountain villages in the road to Merzouga desert, after breakfast. We will stop at Ifran “The Switzerland Morocco”, Azrou Cedar forests to watch the Barbary Macaque, and at the Apple capital of Midelt to take lunch. We will pass by the stunning Ziz Valley, and Erfoud, which is remarkable by the fossil production, and the date’s festival, to finally arrive to Merzouga.
Day 6 : Merzouga – Erg Chebbi Dunes

Today we continue our 12 Days tour from Tangier to desert and you will experience sleeping in the Berber yurts, and have great time with the Berbers, who are going to amuse you with their music, help you get upon you camels while riding over the desert, and prepare for you delicious meals. You will see Khamlia, the village of Gnaoua people, and Rissani to eat “Medfouna”, the Berber pizza for lunch. We will switch from the 4×4 to have camel trekking toward Erg Chebbi high Dunes, where you will be welcomed by a cup of Moroccan tea, eat delicious dinner, and sleep in yurts.
Day 7 : Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges

Try to waking up early, to see the morning sunrise at the sand dunes; changing its colour to make wonderful scenery. After having your breakfast, you will take the camel to have a shower at Merzouga hotel and continue to Todra Gorges. We will pass by the road of thousand Kasbahs to the wonderful river canyon of Todra; it will be a great experience to walk in between the rocks, and the fresh breeze of the water. From here, we will continue to Dades Gorges to stay an overnight; these stunning gorges are called “Monkey Toes”, for its different rock formations.
Day 8 : Dades Gorges – Kelaat M’gouna – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

Today we will travel to “Marrakech city”, passing via Kelaat M’gouna, Ouarzazate, and the surrounded areas. We will first visit the Valley of Roses at Kelaat M’gouna, which is known for the rose festival in May, where the local cosmetic products are produced from the extract of the roses. We’ll proceed on the tour via Skoura oasis to Ouarzazate. Ouarzazate is called “the Hollywood of Morocco”, because it is a setting for several Hollywood movies like “the Mummy”; we will visit Taourirt Kasbah, in addition to the film studios. Take your lunch and depart to visit the historical Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, which listed to be a UNESCO World Heritage site, and then continue via the high Atlas to Marrakech to stay the night there.
Day 9 : Marrakech Sightseeing

Today we continue our 4x4 Tangier desert circuit in Morocco and we will fully explore the red city of Marrakech, one of the best attraction cities of Morocco. We will see the grandeur Bahia Palace, the botanical and french Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Mosque and the lavish Saadian Tombs, and then take lunch. In the afternoon, we will have a ride over Jemaa El Fna Square, where you will see Jugglers, storytellers, Snake charmers, musicians, food, and a lot of things to see and do in there. We will spend the night at Marrakech hotel.
Day 10 : Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat

After taking breakfast, we will drive from Marrakech to Casablanca, which is the economical and largest city of the kingdom, to see Hassan II Mosque, walk in Casablanca corniche, and Mohammed V square. We will continue to “Rabat” one of the imperial cities, and the capital of Morocco, to see Mohammed V Mausoleum, and Hassan II Tower. We will stay the night in a hotel at Rabat.
Day 11 : Rabat – Tangier

Today we enjoy another day for private 12 Days tour from Tangier to desert and we will travel from Rabat to Tangier, in order to explore this amazing coastal city. We will have a tour around the city; visit the Kasbah, the Beach, the cinema rif, the grand mosque, and more. Night will be spent in a hotel at Tangier.
Day 12 : Tangier
