Welcome to Tanzania! You will be met by your guide and transferred to the Arumeru River Lodge for overnight.
Depart after breakfast for Arusha National Park, a small park but incredibly diverse habitat with forest, lakes, savannah, and several craters. We have a picnic lunch and an afternoon wildlife game drive before we return for dinner and overnight at the Arumeru River Lodge
Today you will depart Arusha after breakfast, traveling southwest through the Maasai Steppe to Tarangire National Park with picnic lunch en-route. Tarangire is known for its large population of Elephants, diverse scenery and the dramatic Baobab Tree. This afternoon we have a game drive before checking into Kikoti Safari Camp for dinner and overnight.

This morning we travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, the Earth’s largest unbroken caldera. A veritable “Garden of Eden”, the Crater is reputed to contain the highest density of carnivores, which includes Cheetah, Leopard and Lion. This is the only place in East Africa where one can easily observe Black Rhino. Overnight Ngorongoro Farm House

After breakfast continue your journey to the Serengeti National Park en-route visiting Olduvai Gorge, a river canyon cutting 300 ft into the volcanic Serengeti plains, once home to our earliest ancestors. After our picnic lunch we visit a Maasai village and school. Our journey continues as we descend to the Serengeti Plains. Part of the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem, Serengeti National Park is home to the most famous wildlife spectacle on earth, the annual migration of a million wildebeest. We use the Seronera Plains for our camping in order to ensure year round access to some of the most spectacular wildlife viewing on earth. You may also enjoy the option of a hot air balloon safari over the Serengeti Plains. Overnight at Oltepesi Semi Permanent Luxury Tented Camp.

After breakfast we transfer to the airstrip for our scheduled flight back to Arusha. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your dayrooms at the Arumeru River Lodge. After lunch there will be time for some last minute shopping or a swim in the pool. Early evening transfer to the airport for your onward flight home.
