Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : SRINAGAR - ARU VILLAGE

  On Arrival Airport pick up.
  Drive from Srinagar to Aru valley (village) (7923 ft, 4 hrs)
  Start the 4 hr scenic drive( Fruit orchards & Saffron fields) from Srinagar to Pahalgam. Pahalgam is valley of Sheperds. Reaching Aru Village by evening .Rest of the day free for exploration. Overnight at Aru valley.
  Aru (11km) from Pahalgam is a small village located on the banks of Lidder River and is surrounded by mountains on all sides.

• Day 2 : ARU VALLEY - LIDDERWAT CAMPSITE ( BASE CAMP)

  Trek From Aru to Lidderwatt campsite (8957 ft, 11 kms)
  Lidderwat is a valley situated at 11 kms from Aru, Lidder river flows through Aru. Trek route via pine forests and lush meadows along the stream known as Right Lidder River. Overnight stay at Lidderwat.

• Day 3 : LIDDERWATT - TARSAR LAKE

  Trek From Lidderwatt to Tarsar Lake (12450ft)
  From Lidderwat we shall trek to Tarsar Lake and en route shall cross a pass of 4000 mtrs continuing trekking with meadows on one side and Mount Kolahoi on the other. Tarsar is an almond shaped crystal clear lake that is surrounded by variety of alpine. Overnight stay in the camps at Tarsar.
  Visit to Marsar Lake can be done today or next day.

• Day 4 : TARSAR LAKE - MARSAR LAKE - LIDDERWAT

  Visit to Marsar Lake and back to Lidderwatt Base camp.
  Morning after breakfast you will trek to Marsar lake and trek back to the lushness of Lidder valley .Over Night at Camp.

• Day 5 : LIDDERWATT TO ARU VALLEY

  Trek from Lidderwatt to Aru Valley
  After Descending back to Aru, Travel to Pahalgam and after lunch rest and use rest of the day for exploration.

• Day 6 : IN PAHALGAM

  Pahalgam Exploration
  Pahalgam has beautiful betab valley, where the famous film betab was shot. Other places to Visit are Chandanwari, Mini Switzerland, etc. Pahalgam is famous for its Golf Courses.

  • Themes Hill Stations & Valleys
• Day 7 : PAHALGAM TO SRINAGAR

  Travel from Pahalgam to Srinagar.
  Post Breakfast travel to Srinagar. Rest of the day can be used for Srinagar Exploration to Dal Lake, Shikara Ride, Market visit etc. Day can be spent as per one's choice to visit famous places of Srinagar like Mughal Gardens, Nishat baug, Shalimar garden, Chashmeshahi, Shankracharya temple, Pari Mahal etc.(Temples and Gardens: closing time 5pm)
  Overnight in Houseboat at the famous Dal Lake.

  • Hotspots Dal Lake, Shalimar Garden
• Day 8 : SRINAGAR DEPARTURE

  Post breakfast/ lunch drop to airport. (TIME: TBD)
