Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Pattaya, Thailand 

  Welcome to Thailand - the Land of Smiles. On arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, our local representative will be waiting to welcome you and transfer you to Pattaya, where you check-in to your hotel (Check-in time is after 3.00 pm). In the evening we take you to ‘Alcazar’, a world-famous, ladyboy cabaret extravaganza show. Overnight in Pattaya. (D

• Day 2 : Pattaya, Thailand 

  Today, we take you by speedboat to Coral Island, where you can enjoy parasailing, water skiing and other water sports activities on your own. The evening is free for you to explore the night life of Pattaya, or you can opt for the suggested excursion to Nong Nooch Village. Here you can witness the splendor of Thai tradition, graceful dances, sword fights, Thai kick-boxing and more. See gentle elephants performing various tricks like bike riding, tug-of-war with humans and playing football. Overnight in Pattaya.

• Day 3 : Pattaya - Bangkok, Thailand 

  This morning we drive to Bangkok. Enroute, we visit the Gems Factory famous for jade stones. On arrival in Bangkok, we take you on a guided city tour. Visit the temples of the Golden Buddha and the Marble Buddha and drive through China Town. Later we proceed to our hotel and check-in. Overnight in Bangkok.

• Day 4 : Bangkok, Thailand 

  Today we proceed on an excursion to Safari World with Marine Park. Safari Park offers diverse exciting adventures, such as thrilling encounters with endangered species of the animal kingdom. The Marine Park will amaze you with its different animals performing some dazzling world-class shows. Watch the fabulous Orangutan show, the Sea Lion show and the Dolphin Show. In the Spy War Show, hold on to your seats as the action unfolds in a state-of-art amphitheater. Thereafter we return to Bangkok. This evening is free for you to complete your shopping OR you can opt for the suggested excursion to the world class spectacular performance, Siam Niramit Show. This captivating 80-minute journey to the Enchanted Kingdom uncovers the History, customs and cultural treasures that have descended through the centuries to fascinate Thailand’s guests. Overnight in Bangkok. (B, L, D)

• Day 5 : Bangkok - Phuket, Thailand 

  Today after breakfast we proceed to the airport for our flight to Phuket, one of the most exotic destinations in the world. You will be welcomed by our local representative and taken to your hotel (Check-In time is after 3.00pm). The evening is free for you to relax or explore this exciting city. Overnight in Phuket.

• Day 6 : Phuket 

  This morning we proceed for a city tour of Phuket. A leisurely drive along the beaches of Patong, Karon and Kata will reveal this island’s natural beauty. Visit the ‘Three Beaches’ viewpoint, which is one of the island’s most scenic spots, from which you can obtain a panoramic vista of the beautiful bays of Kata Noi, Kata, Karon and Kho Pu Island. Thereafter, during a leisurely drive around Phuket you will see its many Sino-Portuguese style buildings. This drive also provides a view of many of the highlights of the island, which is also called the ‘Pearl of the Andamans’. The evening is free for you to relax. Overnight in Phuket.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators


Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .


Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.


Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:


Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours 
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. 
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours 
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment


Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

50 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
40 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
19 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
09 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 75 % of the tour/service cost
05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.


Please note -
Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.



Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures
