Terms & Conditions

Other Terms & Conditions :

Inclusive of accommodation, meals, sleeper class train fare, transfers and sightseeing.

Tours excludes any meals during train journey, entrance fees during sightseeing, mineral water, insurance coverage, etc.

Accommodation will be allotted family wise. Extra person will be provided mattress and child without extra mattress.

Railway berth depends on availability and on Railway Policy. We do not guarantee any specific berth during train journey.

Payment: Minimum 30% of tour price required as advance. 50% more will be collected before 45 days and rest amount will be paid before 30 days from date of journey.

In case if there is any increase of train fare, bus fare, etc. then the difference has to be borne by the client.

All reservations are subject to cancellation charges. Advance will be refunded after deducting cancellation charges.

Any loss arising due to any natural calamity, political disturbance, strikes, train cancellation, flight cancellation, any unforeseen incident, etc. will be borne by the client.

In case the tour is extended or diverted for any unavoidable circumstances the extra cost will have to borne by the client.

Management is not liable for any loss / robbery/ theft /damage of luggage/ belongings/ cash/ ID card/etc. under any unavoidable circumstances during the tour.
