Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive – Bangkok (no meals)

  Upon the arrival at Bangkok airport, meeting our guide and transfer you to your hotel. Check in and relax on your own time afterwards.

• Day 2 : Bangkok City Exploring

  Breakfast at your hotel
  After breakfast, visiting to The Royal Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddha Temple, and followed by the reclining Buddha Temple of Wat Pho. After that, continue to China Town and the Gold Buddha Temple. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Return to your hotel. Relax on your own time afterwards.

• Day 3 : Bangkok – Wellness Activities

  Breakfast at your hotel
  In the early morning of today, you will visit The Lumpinee Bangkok Public Park where you will have a chance to join Chinese local people exercise TaiGek or Chinese Dancing for 1 hour or 2 hours. After that, you will try to have some drinks of healthy tea and Tao Tueng as well as Tao Fu which it believe that after exercised, most of Chinese will drinks for their having good health. And return to your hotel. Then have a Thai Massage and Spa for your body therapy. After that, relax on your own time afterwards. Evening around 17.00pm onwards, you will be returning to the park again for joining with the local Aerobic dancing exercise. After finished, returning to your hotel.

• Day 4 : Bangkok – Chiang Mai By Flight

  Breakfast at your hotel
  After breakfast, free until you will check out time and then pick up and transfer to Bangkok airport for flight to Chiang Mai. After arrived, then transfer to hotel. Check in and relax on your own time afterwards.

• Day 5 : Chiang Mai City Exploring

  Breakfast at your hotel
  After breakfast, visiting to Pratu Chiang Mai Morning Market to approach the local life of Chiang Mai people. And then drive up to Doi Suthep, the temple on the top of the Chiang Mai’s mount where you will come to pay homage to the relic of the lord Buddha and get the stunning views of the Chiang Mai city. In the afternoon, we will have some local healthy lunch, and after lunch, you will have a chance to do mud massage for relaxation your body in the natural way. Return to your hotel afterwards.

• Day 6 : Chiang Mai – Meditation At Tardton Temple

  Breakfast at your hotel
  After breakfast, we are checking out and visit Tard Ton Temple for your practicing meditation.
  Sitting and walking meditation will be taught by venerable monks there. Eating for 2 times and will be provided by the temple.

• Day 7 : Chiang Mai – Meditation At Tardton Temple

  Keep practicing your meditation.
  Sitting and walking meditation will be taught by venerable monks there. Eating for 2 times and will be provided by the temple.

• Day 8 : Chiang Mai – Hatyai – Koh Lipe

  After breakfast, you will transfer to the airport for flight departure to Hatyai. Upon arrival, meet & greet our local representative before transfer from Hatyai International Airport to Pakbara pier, Satun province and then take a speed boat to Lipe Island about 1 hour. Stop at Floating pier infront of Lipe beach. Yourself pay on own for Lipe Island admission fee 20 Baht/pax and also pay for a long tailed boat from the Floating pier to the beach at 50 Baht/way/pax. After arrived and then transfer to your hotel. After check in, free on your own activities.

  Today you’ll be at leisure until check out and get a transfer from your hotel to the Lipe beach to get the long tailed boat to the Floating Pier and must pay on your own at 50 Baht/pax/way and then take the speed boat to Pak Bara pier, Satun province about 1 hour. After arrived at Pakbara pier, get pick up by a minibus transfers you from the Pakbara pier to Hatyai International Airport for taking flight to Bangkok and connecting other flight to another destination.
