Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  Promotion of resort tourism and healthy life-style; motivation of the people for physical exercises and activities.
  Develop of international contact in tourism and sport; acquaintances with the best marathoners of Kyrgyzstan.
  Attraction of sportsmen and tourists of neighborhoods and other countries.
  There will be 3 Marathon destinations:
  Full Marathon Distance (42 km and 195 m)
  Half Marathon Distance (21 km and 97.5 m)
  10 km running distance
  5 km running distance.
  Please kindly pay your attention, Marathon will take place at 1600 meters above sea level.

• Day 2 :

  Upon arrival to the airport you will be met by your guide and drive to the hotel for check-in.
  After short rest and breakfast in the hotel drive to Ala Archa Natural Park for easy hiking along the valley. After the excursion return to Bishkek.
  Lunch at local cafe with national cuisine.
  After lunch sightseeing tour. Visit: Central Ala Too square, Parliament House, the Guard of Honor changing ceremony, Lenin Statue, Victory square.
  Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
• Day 3 :

  In the morning after breakfast you will drive to Issyk Kul lake en route visit 3 historical sights listed in UNESCO in 2013:
  – Nevaket ancient settlement/ Krasnaya Rechka
  – Suyab ancient settlement/ Ak Beshim
  – Balasagyn ancient settlement/ Complex Burana
  Lunch in local Kazakh family in Tokmok town.
  After lunch we continue our trip to Issyk Kul lake.
  Overnight in the hotel
• Day 4 :

  Registration day to marathon (registration will be in the hotel).
  After breakfast drive to the open air Petroglyphs museum and Ethnographical museum in Cholpon Ata town.
  Lunch in a local café.
  Optionally: Boat cruise at Issyk Kul Lake.
  Return to the hotel.
  Dinner and overnight in the hotel
• Day 5 :

  Optionally: Party after marathon.
• Day 6 :

  After breakfast in the hotel drive to the Karakol town along the Northern Shore of Issyk Kul lake. En route visit Przhevalski museum, continue driving to Karakol gorge. Easy hiking along Karakol gorge. Drive to Karakol town.
  Lunch in local cafe.
  Visit: Dungan Mosque and Russian Orthodox Cathedral.
  Dinner in a local Uigur/ Dungan family.
  Optionally: Cooking traditional dishes in Uigur or Dungan family. Overnight in the hotel
• Day 7 :

  After breakfast transfer to Bishkek along the Southern shore of Issyk Kul Lake.
  On the way we can make stop in the most picturesque spots: beuaty of Issyk Kul lake and veiws of fabulous Terskei Ala Too mountain range.
  Visit local women’s cooperative in Bokonbaevo village where they produce felt handicrafts.
  Lunch in local Kyrgyz family in the village.
  Upon arrival to Bishkek accommodation in the hotel.
  Dinner in a local restaurant.
  
  Overnight in the hotel.
• Day 8 :

  After breakfast in the hotel, you will be transferred to the International Airport “Manas”
