The Dazzling Ladakh Package

Once your booking is confirmed and the payment is received by trip2ladakh, you are on a contract with trip2ladakh. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount is to be deposited at the time of booking or 30 Days prior, whichever is earlier, which will be non-refundable. Another 50% is to be deposited 15 Days prior to the start of trip. However, if the booking is done 15 Days prior to the start of journey, full and final payment has to be deposited at the time of booking.

Bookings shall be accepted at least 15 working days prior to the initialization of the travel. Bookings made when less than 15 days remain for the commencement of the trip, full and final payment is to be made to trip2ladakh.

While booking for a travel plan, it is the travelers’ responsibility to provide trip2ladakh with accurate details. Government issued valid ID cards will be needed like Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License etc. PAN cards, anyhow, will not be accepted as valid ID proofs.

The remaining balance has to be deposited 15 days before the journey begins. Moreover, if there are bank charges for remittance, it has to be borne by the traveler.

Peak Season Cancellation i.e. from 01st June to 25th September- no refund In some rare cases the cancellation charges may vary or may change & same would be intimated separately on case to case basis.

• The itinerary provided by trip2ladakh are sample itineraries to give the travelers a basic idea of the travel schedule/plan. Various factors like weather, road conditions, war, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes before the trip or while on the trip. We, at trip2ladakh reserve the right to makes changes in any aspect of the itinerary, which includes accommodation and transportation services without prior notice in the interest of the trip, participants' safety, comfort and general well-being without making any rebate, allowance or refund. Extra cost, if any, would be payable by the traveler. Moreover, trip2ladakh shall not be responsible in any way for delays or change in journey plans or expenses incurred or special / consequential loss, injury and damage - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, acts of God, perils incident to the sea, floods, fire, acts of government or any other authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control or any untoward incidents or any such causes whatsoever including any liability or extra expenses sustained by the Travelers. Further, the Travelers shall be liable for the liability or extra expenses incurred by him / her as a result of the forgoing causes.


• Furthermore, trip2ladakh is not responsible and will not accept any liability towards the Travelers or his/her legal representative for any loss of property or damages resulting from death or injuries including loss of services which the Travelers may sustain on account of act, negligence or default by any transportation Company, hotel agents or any other body of persons, its agents or service providers providing such services or facilities or arising out of or while engaged in any tour, means of transportation or other services, whether due to ownership, maintenance , use, operation or control of any automobile, bicycle, boat, motor, or other vehicle in common carrier or otherwise and whether due to its or there negligence or otherwise or regardless of how caused. Travelers using sporting equipment, bicycles, rafting boats, hired or supplied by hotels or rental bodies shall do so at their own risk.


• Being only travel organizers, we do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any taxi providing services, hotel or any other facility as mentioned in the travel plans. We take care in selecting all contents in a travelers’ holiday, but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running of them and therefore we shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of any hoteliers, airlines, taxi providing owners who are the trip2ladakh's independent contractors


• ‘Traveler’ means the person(s) in whose name(s) or on whose behalf the booking is made.


• Independent contractor(s) means "Hotelier/Hotel Owners", Owner of any airline or taxi service providers or railway, or any other person who has been selected by the company to render service to the travelers. No person other than the trip2ladakh, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition.


• Trip2Ladakh, under no circumstances whatsoever, shall be held liable / responsible to the travelers for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or any misadventure however caused.


• Due to harsh terrains and unpredictable road situations, or any kind of political closures, if a trip to any place whatsoever needs to canceled or altered, trip2ladakh reserves the right to do so.


• If any traveler has any complaint regarding service provided by any of the independent contractors, the travelers are requested to immediately notify the same in writing to the independent contractor and with a copy to trip2ladakh. This will enable us in making sure that the travelers, in the future, do not face any difficulty, as the comfort and recreation travelers are our prime concern.


• Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other. If any provision where invalid, illegal or unenforceable then the remaining provision shall nevertheless have full force and effect.
