Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : DEHRADUN ARRIVAL

  Upon your arrival at the Dehradun Airport/Bus stand, Get picked up from the Airport in a private vehicle drive towards Hotel transfer to your hotel/Resort. Later in evening we will visit FRI(Forest Research Institute), Roberts Cave. Later return to hotel enjoy the beautiful night under the stars. Dinner and overnight stay at Dehradun Hotel.

• Day 2 : DEHRADUN- MUSSOORIE

  Wake up Early Morning and After Delicious morning breakfast start your journey towards Mussoorie, on the way Enjoy Meggie at Meggie Points. Mussoorie Queen of the Hills, is among the most popular hill stations of the country. Toady sightseeing includes a peaceful visit to all the amazing and glorious tourist places in Mussoorie. Visit Kempty Fall, Company Garden. In Night you can visit mall road have a few minutes’ walk on mall road and local Mussoorie market. Dinner and overnight stay at Mussoorie Hotel.

• Day 3 : MUSSOORIE-DHANAULTI-KANATAL

  Wake up Early Morning and After Delicious morning breakfast start your journey towards Kanatal. Kanatal is very scenic setting surrounding by mountains and rivers, with breathtaking views and scenery. Kanatal serves mainly as a weekend getaway for the local populace. It is located at an altitude of 2,590m. On the way visit Dhanaulti eco Park. After reaching kanatal Overnight stay in kanatal eco resorts with delicious food, bonfire, light music and the bright stars make your night memorable.

• Day 4 : KANATAL-TEHRIDAM-RISHIKESH

  After Delicious morning breakfast start your journey towards tehri dam way chamba. The Tehri Dam is the highest dam in India and one of the highest in the world. Development ofthe Tehri Dam completely submerged the old town of Tehri, and the populace was moved to the town of New Tehri. After reaching tehri dam Enjoy water sports in Tehri Lake & visit one of the Asia’s biggest Dam known as Tehri Dam. After spending few hours start your journey towards Rishikesh. Check in to hotel in Rishikesh. In evening we will relax our minds and feast our eyes by visiting Triveni Ghat for the Holy Ganges Aarti. After getting endowed ourselves with the rich Indian religiousness, return to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Rishikesh Hotel.

• Day 5 : RISHIKESH-HARIDWAR

  So, after the night’s sleep was are re-energized to continue with our beautiful ride. We will start our day as usual by worshipping our bellies with irresistible breakfast menus. Now we are ready for some for some memorable sightseeing. We will be visiting Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Beetles Ashram, Neer water fall. In the afternoon after lunch start your drive towards Haridwar check in to hotel latter in evening we will relax our minds and feast our eyes by visiting Har ki Pauri for the Holy Ganges Aarti. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 6 : HARIDWAR – DEHRADUN DROP.

CONDITIONS

• Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
• Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination.
• Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms. In Chardham sector maximum hotels are preferring 12:00 Noon Check in & check out timing.
• Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
• Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives. Specially for the Kedarnath Badrinath sector Ac can work only in Haridwar& Dehradun's plain / surface area. It is highly depending on the package you have opted.
• All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination
• Any cancellation or delay in hotel check in due to third party services (like helicopter / pony / palaki), the retention will be charged. The next allocation for the hotels on same destination is subject to the availabilities.
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions / for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.

Payments Policy

• 50% of the total billing amount to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
• 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 30 days prior to the travel date.
• Balance 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.
• In case the booking is made within 30 days of travel 75% of the amount to be paid at the time of confirmation and if the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• If the booking is cancelled 60-30 Days prior to date of arrival - 25% of the total bill will be charged.
• If the booking is cancelled 29 charged.
• If the booking is cancelled 15 Days le be charged.
• Note:- above cancellation policy only applicable for all packages without flights. Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
