Day 1 : Arrival Delhi -Welcome to India
Our representative at the airport welcomes you and then you will be transferred to the hotel in a private car. Rest & overnight in Delhi
Day 2 : New Delhi: Old & the New Facets
In the first half we visit the Ancient (OLD) parts of Delhi covering the Red fort, Jama Masjid & Chandni Chowk. We drive towards Connaught place - the blooming heart of New Delhi via Raj Ghat. The second half takes you through the Modern (NEW) parts of Delhi covering the India Gate, President House and Sansad Bhavan. The evening gives you the option of enjoying the Sound & light show at the red fort or at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 : Delhi to Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur.(280 Kms, 5 Hrs Drive) On arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon free. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 : Jaipur City Tour
Morning visit Amber Fort. Amber Fort was the ancient capital of the State. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince and ever since, it has retained this colour. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory & Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 : Jaipur to Agra
Drive to Agra (250 Kms, 5 Hrs Drive), visit Fatehpur Sikri enroute. Fatehpur Sikri is 40 kms from Agra and built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces. Afternoon arrive Agra, check-in at the hotel. Later visit the world famous Taj Mahal in the colours of Sunset, built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 : Agra (Sightseeing) to Orchha
Morning visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Drive to Gwalior, Visit famous Gwalior Fort, continue Drive to Orccha. Orchha is a medieval city founded by Bundela rulers with palaces and temples of the 16 th and 17th century - which have remarkably withstood the onslaught of time. The river Betwa pictures quely flanks the city. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel
Day 7 : Orchha - Khajuraho
Morning visit beautiful Palace Complex - Jahangiri Mahal and the Raja Mahal. Closely study the intricacies of the mural paintings in the Raja Mahal and visit the Laxminarayana Temple Drive to Khajuraho (190 Kms, 6 hrs), arrive and check-in at the hotel. Day Free for relax. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8 : Khajuraho
The legendary temples of Khajuraho are an incomparable experience. Built within a short span of a hundred years by the Chandela Rajputs, the 10th century temples lay forgotten until they were discovered in the present century. Khajuraho has achieved fame for the sensual appeal of its erotic sculptures. Explore the Western and Eastern temples of Khajuraho to understand the intricate meaning and legends behind each describable sculpture. Afternoon transfer to Airport to board flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival in Varanasi in the afternoon, meet and assist at the airport and transfer to pre-booked hotel. Evening attend holy prayer at Ganges. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 9 : Varanasi
Varanasi said to be the India's most sacred city situated on the western bank of the holy river Ganga. It is also the oldest living city in the world. As a place for devotion and worship, with hundreds of temples dotting the city. Varanasi is the city which cannot be described, only experienced. Sight seeing of Varanasi (the oldest and holiest city of India) covering Temples, Aurangazeb's Mosque and one of the biggest university of India. Afternoon take an excursion to Sarnath. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 10 : Varanasi to Delhi
Early morning boat ride at River Ganges. Sunrise on the river front as seen from a boat can be a spiritually uplifting sight. Afternoon drop at Airport / Train Station for onward journey to Delhi.
Day 11 : Delhi-Onward Destination
Day free till transfer to the airport to connect flight to the onward destination.
