Surrounded by pine-clad mountains and spectacular views, Dalhousie is a gem of a hill station in India. Located in western Himachal Pradesh, it has a quaint and laid-back atmosphere. The scenery is very vivid with flowering rhododendrons and dense forests filled with pines, oaks, and deodars. The town was established by the British as a summer retreat for their officials. Referred to as the Queen of Himachal Pradesh, Manali is an ancient town that is located at an altitude of nearly 2050 meters in Kullu district. Manali is blessed with breathtaking natural beauty that comprises lofty snow-capped peaks of Dhauladhar and Pir Panjal, thick forests, fruit orchards, beautiful hamlets and meado.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : DELHI TO SHIMLA

  Arrival in Delhi. Meet – Greet & onwards to Shimla. Arrival in Shimla, check into the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

  After breakfast proceed to Shimla Sightseeing which Includes: Kufri, Chini Bunglow, Jakho Peak. Evening on the Ridge & Mall. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : SHIMLA TO MANALI: (Aprox 275 km, 08 TO 09 Hours)

  After breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to Manali. On the way: Sundernagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, Arrival in Manlai, check into the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 7 : DHARAMSHALA SIGHTSEEING & TO DALHOUSIE (Aprox 140 km 05 To 06 Hours)

  After breakfast proceed to Dharamshala Sightseeing which Includes: Dalai Lama Temple in Mcleodganj, Bhagsunag Temple & Cathedral. Afternoon transfer to Dalhousie. Arrival in Dalhousie, check into the hotel & overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 8 : DALHOUSIE SIGHTSEEING

  Today morning after breakfast drive to sightseeing of Khajjiar, 23 kms from Dalhousie by road and 13 kms from Kalatop is the mini Switzerland of India i.e. Khajjiar, at a height of 6400 ft. (Hutchison writes, “Khajjiar is a forest glade of great beauty, 6400 feet above sea level” known as the mini Switzerland of India and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests. There is a small lake in the center with a floating island and 9-hole golf course here). Enjoy zorbing & paragliding. After that return back to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

  After breakfast check from the hotel & transfer to Amritsar visit to Waga Border, Golden Temple,Check into the hotel overnight stay at hotel.
