Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival New Jalpaiguri / Bagdogra Airport To Gangtok (116 KM / 2 HRS)

On arrival at NJP Railway Station / bagdogra Airport you will be met by our representative who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok.
Gangtok is the capital and largest town of the Indian state of Sikkim. Gangtok is located in the eastern Himalayan range, at an altitude of 5,800 feet (1,800 m). The town's population of 98,658 belongs to different ethnicities such as Indian-Nepalis, Lepchas and Bhutia, is administered by the "Gangtok Municipal Corporation Nestled within higher peaks of the Himalaya and enjoying a year-round mild temperate climate.
Arrival Gangtok and Transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for own activities. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 2 : Day Trip to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (43 KM / 1 HRS)

After breakfast proceeds for a full day excursion to Tsomgo Lake .Tsongmo Lake or Changu Lake is a glacial lake in the East Sikkim, India, some 40 kilometers (25 mi) away from Gangtok at altitude of 3,780 m (12,400 ft). & Baba Mandir - The shrine maid in memory of sepoy Harbahajan Sing, Evening Back to Hotel. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 3 : Gangtok To Lachen (114 KM /2 HRS 15 MIN)

Morning check out from hotel and drive to Lachen (8800ft) via Chungthang (40Kms), another quiet and picturesque hamlet on the higher Himalayas famous for its proximity to the Kanchenjunga National park, Green Lake.
Lachung is located in the North Sikkim district and is near the border with Tibet. Lachung is at an elevation of about 9,600 ft or 3,000 m and at the confluence of the Lachen River and Lachung Rivers, tributaries of the River Teesta. The word Lachung means "small pass".
Arrival Lachung and Transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for own activities. Overnight stay in Lachung.
Day 4 : Day Trip To Gurudongmar Lake (103 KM / 4 HRS)

Morning after breakfast proceed for excursion trip to the Kanchenjunga National park, Green Lake and Gurudongmar Lake. Gurudongmar Lake is one of the highest lakes in the world; The Lake is named after Padmasambhava, the Indian tantric Buddhist who conducted rituals here. It is said that this is why; even at the height of winter, one portion of the lake never freezes. After visit drive to Lachung (126kms, 8610ft) after En-route visit at Tashi View Point, Kabi Lungtsok (historical site), Naga Waterfalls, Confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang, Bhim Nala Waterfall and Holy Rock at Chungthang. Lunch at Phodong / Mangan. Evening back to Lachen. Over night stay in Lachung.
Day 5 : Day Trip Yumthang Valley (26 KM / 40 MIN)

Early Morning visit Yumthang-valley (known as Valley of Flowers), Yumthang Valley is a grazing pasture surrounded by the Himalayan mountains in the North Sikkim district of Sikkim, India. It is at an elevation of 3,575 metres (14,000) above msl at a distance of 150 km from the state capital Gangtok. It is also home to the Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary, and has over twenty-four species of therhododendron, the state flower. A tributary of the river Teesta flows past the valley and the town of Lachung, the nearest inhabited centre. Yumthang is closed between December and March due to heavy snowfall. On the way back visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Back to resort for lunch. Overnight stay in Lachung.

Day 6 : Lachung To Gangtok (114 KM / 2 HRS 15 MIN)

After Breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Gangtok.

Day 7 : Gangtok To New Jalpaiguri / Bagdogra Airport (116 KM / 2 HRS)

Morning check out from hotel and drive to NJP Station or Bagdogra airport for return journey.
