  Meet & Greet by our representataive at Chandigarh Station & proceed for Shimla with run of approx 4 hrs . Check - In hotel & Evening free at your leisure at Shimla Mall Road . Overnight stay at Shimla

• Day 2 : Shimla Sight seeing / Kufri Day visit KM :0 HRS :0

  Enjoy full day local sight seeing of Shimla including Tara devi temple , The Ridge , Christ Church with Day visit to Kufri , a adventure heaven for adventure lovers which is famous for adventure activities . Back to Shimla . Overnight stay .

• Day 3 : Shimla - Masobra / Naldera- Manali KM :248 HRS :6.5

  Post breakfast explore and day visit to Mahobra & Naldera . Back to Shimla and late eveving later proceed for the most famous & charming destination of Himachal Pradesh i.e Manali with run of approx 7 hrs by overnight Journey . Overnight In Bus.

  Arrive early morning at manali . Check In Hotel ( If early Check is avaialable ). Post Refreshmant visit the Rafting point at Kullu to experience the thrill of White Water Rafting . Beside that visit to Shawl Manufacturing Unit at Kullu . Back to Manli Overnight stay at Manali.

• Day 5 : Day Visit to kasol Manikaran KM :160 HRS :8

  The morning after breakfast, check out from hotel, proceed to Kasol, after reaching there, check-in hotel and have some rest after that head out for some sightseeing in Kasol, visit – “KULLU”, “Kasol Market”, Parvati Valley, “Manikaran Sahib Gurdwara” -(Natural Hot Spring Water), Buddha place, Flea market, enjoy Camping in Kasol and that back to the hotel in time, have dinner and stay overnight at Manali.

• Day 6 : Day Visit to Solang Valley / Rohtang KM :0 HRS :0

  Explore the Solang Valley- A splendid valley between Solang village which offers the view of glaciers and snow-capped mountains. You can opt for adventure sports like paragliding, zorbing and skiing (subject to snow) on direct payment basis. Solang Valley is definitely a playground for people looking to lose themselves in an assortment of exciting activities.Later we proceed towards Vashisht which is known for its hot sulphur springs. Evening Free for Shopping at Mall road . Overnight stay at Manali.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

• # Tourists availing the services to Nathula, Tsomgo Lake & North Sikkim (Lachung, Yumthang Excursion, Yumosomdong (Zero Point), Katau, Lachen, Chopta Valley &Gurudongmar Excursion) are requested to bring along with are :
• 1. 04 passport size photograph of each member traveling whether Adult or Children with their name written behind each photograph.
• 2. Photo ID proof ( Passport/ Voter ID/ Driving Lic ) in original of each member traveling whether Adult or Children. AADHAR CARD IS NOT ACCEPTED AS ID PROFF
• 3. A list mentioning the Name Age & Gender of all traveler family wise.
• 4. In case of child , school Id have to submit or Birth Certificate
• Also note that incase of more than one family traveling together, please segregate the photograph & the photo copy of the Photo ID, family wise in a separate envelope. The smaller envelope holding the details family wise will have to be put together into bigger envelope for all families and then sealed with the booking confirmation number written on top. For North Sikkim it should be a separate envelope & for Tshangu Lake it should be a separate envelope. After reaching Gangtok this document has to be handed over at the hotel counter.

VECHILE POLICY

• Vehicle Policy :
• # The vehicle used will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). It will change sector wise.
• # As the vehicles & drivers change always we request you to inform the guest to be very careful with personal belongings. Once left in the vehicle there is very little chance of you getting them back.
• # AC will not work on hilly region. It will work only in plain area.
• # Due to specified time for entry many of times your connecting destination vehicle may not be allowed to enter the town / hotel area. Under such circumstances you will be transferred from Bus stand / Taxi Stand to the hotel in Maruti Vans for which the driver of your connecting vehicle will make the payment.

HOTEL POLICY

• Hotel Policy :
• # We have selected, combined & graded the hotels in a manner, so that the clients get similar of Standard/Budget of services & facilities at every destination / place of retirement.
• # As the area is backward it is quite obvious that the constructions of the hotels are unplanned. This further means that almost all the good hotels are located in the city centers. These hotels may have the view of the building in the front, beside or behind them. As the services are under mark in the area and as mentioned above, we have made our hotel selection on the basis of SERVICES provided.
• # For Extra Person Sharing the Room & Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotel of our area provides MATTRESS and ROLL OVERS as a supplement to Extra Bed.
• # In our area almost all the hotels do not have lift, so the guest have to climb stairs to reach their rooms. Incase the guest/s have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we will request you to report this problem immediately so that we are careful in assigning Hotels which will be more convenient than the ones quoted/reserved for them.
• # Hotel in Premium, Deluxe, Standard & Budget Category have system of providing room heater on request & extra payment. This payment is not included in the cost & the user has to settle it directly with the hotels before check-out. The charge varies from INR 200.00 to INR 400.00 /night.
• # Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary
• are subject to confirmation
• # Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we
• shall not be responsible.
• # You can check all the hotels quoted by our executive if you want to change any hotels or up gradation
• service difference will be leaved, carefully check our confirmation if you want any change then update
• us within 7 days from the receiving confirmation voucher.
