The Perthshire Highlands and Whiskey Tour
You can start your Highlands Whiskey Tour in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will head north through the Kingdom of Fife and into Highland Perthshire. Here you will visit the contrasting distilleries of Blair Atholl, one of the oldest working distilleries in Scotland and Edradour which produces the last handmade single malt whiskey from a farm distillery still in production today.
Other highlights will include free-time to explore the beautiful Victorian town of Pitlochry. A visit to the picturesque village of Dunkeld with its impressive Cathedral and a stop at The Hermitage, a beautiful wooded glen with picturesque follies and attractive waterfalls.
Your friendly and knowledgeable guide will keep you entertained and informed throughout the day and do his best to answer your whiskey questions too!

When I set up About Scotland Tours in 2010, it was with the sole purpose of providing our guests with a more flexible, relaxed and fun experience. For as long as I can remember ( around 30 years or so ) I have had a real passion for my country Scotland, learning our diverse cultures, ancient history and exploring the natural beauty of our spectacular landscapes and rugged mountain glens. I want to share it with you and introduce you to the very best of Scotland, you wouldn’t get to see with rigid bus tours. Read More...
