• Day 1 : Jaipur Airport / Station – Hotel

  Meet & Greet on arrival at Jaipur Railway Station / Airport & transfer to hotel. Check-in to hotel. In the evening you can take an optional tour to visit Laxminarayan Temple (Birla Mandir) & Chokhi Dhani – An Ethnic Village Resort. Back to hotel. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

• Day 2 : Jaipur Local Sightseeing

  After breakfast start for full day local sightseeing in Jaipur. Visit Amber Fort & Palace, "Gaitore" Cenetophs (Front View), take a photo stop at Jal Mahal, City Palace & Museum, Jantar Mantar (Observatory) & take a photo stop at Hawa Mahal. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

• Day 3 : Excursion to Ajmer / Pushkar

  After breakfast start for full day excursion to Ajmer & Pushkar. Arrive & Visit Ajmer-e-Sharief Dargah, Adhai-Din-Ka Jhonpara, Ana Sagar Lake & drive to Pushkar, visit various temples and Ghats and holy Pushkar Lake. There are more than 400 hundred temples in Pushkar but the main attraction being the temple of Lord Brahma, the only temple in India dedicated to Brahma. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, than we shall provide similar alternate Hotels, changes in the cost if any will be advised. Terms & Conditions

• The booking rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
• The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the listed hotels, shall provide similar standards/ alternative accommodations.
• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
• Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
• AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas.
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
• Entrance fee and guide charges are not included in the packages.
• For Dec the charges will be extra that will be directly payable at the Hotel. Colors of India Tours Private Limited will have no role to play in the special package for Dec.
• Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the guests. Please make sure you enter the correct age of Guests at the time of booking. Guests furnishing incorrect age details may incur charges at the time of travelling/staying.
• COIT reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• No refund shall be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks, Lockdowns or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
• The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.

COVID-19 RELATED TERMS & CONDITIONS

• With reference to the current COVID protocol, it is mandatory for the travelers to carry a negative RT-PCR test report or double vaccination certificate while entering some states/UTs. Please keep in mind the COVID guidelines of the state you're returning to and the approximate time to receive the report while booking the package. The duration to receive the report might vary. Cancellation & Refund Policy :
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation before 30 days will be charged processing fee equivalent to Rs. 3,000/ per room OR 25% Of Total Package cost Which Ever is higher.
Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention
Cancellations made within 10 days of start date, 100% tour cost shall be charged as retention.
