Day 1 : Arrival
we take you on an orientation tour of Geneva. At the Ariana Park see the Palais des Nations, the European arm of the UNO and the International Red Cross. See the famous Broken Chair and the Brunswick Monument. Drive over the famous Mont Blanc Bridge with the River Rhone on one side and Lake Geneva on the other. You have free time to stroll through the exquisite English Gardens. Remember to take pictures of your family at the Floral Clock, a symbol of Geneva and the Jet D’Eau, the World’s tallest fountain shooting upto 145 meters. Overnight at your hotel in Geneva
Day 2 : Visit Montreux & Chillon castle Visit the Nestle Chocolate factory Orientation Tour of Bern
Today, we check out and drive towards is the magnificent resort of Montreux, spectacularly located on the shores of Lake Geneva. We visit the Chillon Castle. Reference to the castle is first made in 1150, when it is said that the Counts of Savoy controlled it, important reconstruction and enlargement works were carried out on the castle in stages, initiated by Count Thomas I of Savoy (1189-1233) and his four sons. However, it was Lord Byron who was to invest Chillon with a mythical dimension, when in 1816, whilst on a pilgrimage to the places described by Rousseau, he wrote his famous poem The prisoner of Chillon. This account magnifies the sufferings of François Bonivard (1493-1570), prior of Saint-Victor in Geneva, who was held captive in Chillon because of his opposition to the Savoyards and was subsequently liberated by the Bernese. We then take you to discover the process of chocolate manufacturing and the odours that come from it in the famous Maison Cailler (Nestlé) chocolate factory in Broc. Here you will realize the secrets of chocolate manufacturing inside this operating factory. The visit also traces the history of the factory from 1898 to the present. We then continue our next stop Bern, the capital of Switzerland. Bern is the only Swiss city to be accorded World Heritage status. See the famous bears of Bern at the Bear Pits, the Clock Tower, the Parliament Buildings, the Art Museum, Cathedral and Gothic Fountains. You have free time to stroll along the shopping arcades on one of Europe’s longest shopping promenades. Overnight at your hotel in Switzerland
Day 3 : Day Free Suggested Excursion Jungfraujoch and Interlaken puls Harder Kulm with dinner
The day is free OR we suggest a visit to Jungfraujoch and picturesque Interlaken. Our scenic drive to Lauterbrunnen, from where we board a train to Jungfraujoch the highest altitude railway station in Europe at 11,333 ft. takes us along lovely lakes and mountain passes. On top of Jungfraujoch, you have free time to explore the modern complex. Experience the magic of the mountains at the Sphinx Terrace. See the breathtaking Jungfrau Peak and the awesome Aletsch Glacier. Also, visit the Ice Palace, where you see a beautiful display of sculptures made of ice, while being encased in ice yourself. Have a memorable encounter with eternal snow and ice at the Plateau. Send a postcard to your friends and relatives from Europe’s highest altitude Post office with its own special postmark. Next, we proceed to Interlaken, one of Switzerland’s best known health and pleasure resorts. Later, take a funicular ride to Harder Kulm, Interlaken’s home mountain. From here you will enjoy fabulous views of the Jungfrau region with the Eiger, Monch & Jungfrau as well as Lake Thun & lake Brienz. Later enjoy dinner at Harder Kulm Mountain Restaurant. Day 4 : Mount Titlis with Ice-Flyer Ride
Today, we take you on an excursion to Mt. Titlis with Ice-Flyer ride. We begin the tour with a visit to Mt. Titlis, which at 10,000 ft is the highest peak in central Switzerland. You journey to Mt. Titlis through a series of three different cable cars. The last leg of the ascent will be in the world’s first rotating cable car called the ‘Titlis Rotair’. At Mt. Titlis you have free time to play and enjoy in the snow, visit the Ice Cave or just relax at the restaurant. At the Terrace on top of the Mt. Titlis summit station, weather permitting, you could take an unforgettable ride on the “Ice- Flyer” an enclosed ski lift that travels only a few meters over the Titlis Glacier. Day 5 : Visit Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen Orientation Tour of Zurich with a Tram Ride
We check out and drive to Schaffhausen to see the mighty Rhine Falls. Admire closely the thundering beauty of Europe’s most powerful waterfalls. The gushing water rushed over the cliff each second offers the visitors a stunning view of the cascading waterfalls. Tpday, we drive to Rapperswil to take a scenic train ride to Lucerne. On arrival, proceed for an orientation tour of Lucerne.See the Lion Monument, ‘Lowendenkmal’ hewn from a limestone cliff to commemorate the bravery and loyalty of Swiss Guards. You may take a stroll across the Kappelbrucke - the world’s oldest covered wooden bridge, originally built in 1333 over the Reuss river. You have free time for shopping swiss watches, knives, cow-bells and other sovenirs. Later, enjoy a relaxing cruise on Lake Lucerne. Marvel at the attractive backdrop of the snow-clad Central Alps. Overnight at your hotel in Zurich
Day 7 : Return Home with Wonderful Memories
