Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive in Manali

  Arrive in Manali. Check-into the hotel. Evening will be at leisure. You can explore local markets of Manali. Overnight stay will be in hotel.
• Day 2 : Manali-Jispa(138 KM)

  Depart Manali early in the morning our first halt is Marhi A barren landscape offering extensive views of the valley and the mountains. We proceed to Rohtang Pass 3790 M is most popular with visitors, being one of the highest road point and gateway to LAHAUL and SPITI valleys. Overnight at Jispa.

• Day 3 : Jispa-Leh(335 KM)

  Depart in the morning at dawn. Our journey through Baralacha, Sarchu, Nakeela & Lachlangla Pass 16,617 ft, Reach Pang by afternoon lunch breaks at Pang, enroute. More Plains (Biggest and Highest Plateau on Earth on Stretch of 42 Kms), Taglang La Pass (2nd Highest Motorable Road in the World at A Height of 17,585ft) & reaching Upshi, from here the road follows the Indus River, passing villages with their terraced Fields and neat- Whitewashed houses. On a way one notice the ruins have an ancient Fort or palace or the distant glimpse of gompa on a hill. And at last reaching Leh . Overnight in Leh Hotel.
• Day 4 : Leh (30 KM)

  After breakfast, start for sightseeing of Indus & Zanskar river Sangam, drive along the Indus river visiting, Pathar Sahib Gurdwara and Magnetic Hill (where the cars defy gravity), and further on to Leh Hall of Fame (which has a museum of the Kargil War memorabilia). Visit Shanti Stupa & Leh Palace, Later in the evening walk around local market. O/N hotel.
• Day 5 : Leh - Nubra Valley (120 KM)

  Drive to Khardungla is the World's highest motorable road at 18832 feet above sea level. At Khardungla pass the snow capped peaks and the mountain views are amazing. The road then passes through a bridge laid on Glacier which finds its way in Guinness Book of world records, Drive through the Valley which is extremely beautiful for photography. Nubra Valley is the Oasis of Ladakh as you see some colourful trees in this region. Later reach your camp visit the Sand Dunes if lucky you will get the sight of the Two Hump Bacterian camels, enjoy time at the Sand Dunes of Nubra valley spread across Hundur Village . • Day 6 : Nubra Valley(110 KM)

  Today we continue to explore the Nubra Valley and the quaint villages that dot the landscape. Sumur is one such village where we interact with the people and also visit the citadel of their faith - The Samthaling Gompa which is definitely worth a visit, and houses a fine collection of idols, frescos and tangkhas (painted and embroidered scrolls). Continue a short way away to Panamik which used to be a busy centre being the last major settlement before the caravans entered into the mountains of Karakoram. Today, Panamik is a sleepy village, its inhabitants quietly going about their work in the fields. On the mountainside above the village, hot water bubbles out of the earth in thermal springs, reputed to have therapeutic qualities. Across the river, clinging to the mountains, are a few trees rooted among the rocks surrounding the tiny Insa gompa. Late afternoon, drive back to Hunder. Overnight at camp.

• Day 7 : Nubra - Leh

  After Breakfast proceed to Deskit monastery which is 515 years old situated on a hill top giving panoramic view of the valley later walk around the town of Diskit which has a small village market. Giant Buddha Statue. Proceed back to Leh cross Khardungla Pass once again and reach Leh.

• Day 8 : Rafting on Zanskar River

  After Drive to Sangam meet up with raft crew and start your rafting from Skarbuche and end at Sangam on Zanskar river for 3:00 hrs. On way back visit Gurudwara pathar Sahib & hall of fame.
• Day 9 : Leh - Pangong140 KM)

  It is the highest land locked lake ( 155 Kms One way from Leh 05 Hrs driver each way . After an early breakfast we Leave for Pangong Lake through Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometer at its widest point and over 130km long, it is bisected by the international border between India and China. A few years back the government decided to open it to tourists though the lake and its surrounding is under army surveillance. Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the Lake. One rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable.
• Day 10 : Pangong-Leh(140 KM)

  Drive back to Leh, evening is Free for market. Over Night at the Hotel in Leh.
• Day 11 : Leh - Kargil(210 KM)

  After breakfast drive towards western valley of Ladakh, enroute visit Alchi Monastery,Sightseeing of 1000 year old Alchi monastery the only Gompa in Ladakh region on flat ground. And Lamayuru monastery & Moonlandscape. Mulbek, where one can see giant statue of Maitrye Budda (Future Buddhe) carved on giant rock. Over night at Hotel In Kargil.

• Day 12 : Kargil - Sonmarg - Srinagar (210 KM)

  After Breakfast proceeds to Srinagar via Drass. The second coldest inhabited Place in the world. Experience the splendid view of Kargil famous Peaks Tiger Hill and Tololing Peak. At Vijay Smarak we shall pay homage to the martyrs of the Indian army. Arrive Srinagar by Afternoon. Rest day for free to do your own activities.
• Day 13 : Gulmarg Tour (49 KM)

  This day is for Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar Trip.
• Day 14 : Depart to Airport

  After breakfast we will leave for airport.
