Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Ahmedabad - Drive to Sasan Gir

  Arrive at Ahmedabad Airport / Railway Station where our representative will meet and transfer you to Sasan Gir (350 km / 6-7 hours). Sasan Gir is the home of now endangered Asiatic Lion. Check in at the hotel and refresh. In afternoon, set out to visit Gir Interpretation Zone at Devaliya and Crocodile breeding farm.
  
  This is a protected forest, sanctuary and national park established since 1965 for wildlife conservation. You can find a wide variety of mammals, reptiles and avian species in this safe zone of rich bio-diversity. Eco-tourists will love being here. The most famous attraction is Asiatic lions that are found only here. Sadly, the species is nearing extinction.
  
  In the evening watch a movie on lions at Gir Information centre. Later return to hotel and relax.

• Day 2 : Sasangir

  Early morning go for a safari into the Gir forest for a memorable time. Explore different types of forests, flora and fauna. A day out in jungle has its own charms. Take an evening jungle safari as well to see the beauty and music of the wild at different points of time. After spending a rough tough day in jungle, come back to the hotel for a good night’s sleep.

• Day 3 : Sasangir - Diu

  Take a fill at morning breakfast and check out from the hotel. Today proceed for another fantastic experience of Gujarat- Diu (100 km / 2 hours). Diu is an exotic beach destination. Check in at your hotel stretch out, refresh and step out to spend leisurely time on the beaches.
  
  Stay overnight at hotel in Diu.

• Day 4 : Diu

  Wake up to a beautiful morning. Take a leisurely breakfast and set out for a wonderful day on Nagoa Beach. Here you can enjoy a variety of water sports. Later, visit St. Paul's Church, Diu Museum and Diu Fort. The old forts in the city provide a great experience especially for those who have an interest in history and architecture. Retire to a deep sleep after an action packed day.
  
  Stay overnight at hotel in Diu.

Online Booking Procedure

To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.

You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
When your visa is successfully done.
Your hotel rooms are booked.
Your Flights are confirmed.
Any other inclusion in the package.
Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.

Before Boarding Bus, Please Contact on the mentioned Telephone Numbers on the Tickets, as the Boarding Point & Timing are Subject to Change.
Company holds No Responsibility on the Condition of the Vehicle, Behaviour of the Transport Staff and the Seat Numbers (in Bus) Allocated to the Guest. This is an Outsourced Service and we only act as Facilitator between Transport and Guest.
Generally the Bus Arrives Manali at 8:00 am in the Morning. Early Check-In at the Hotel is Always Subject to Availability as the Check-In Time of the Hotels is 1400 Hours & Check-Out Time is 1000 Hours.
For Early Check-In & Late Check-Out, Payments are to be settled Directly by the Guest at the Hotel.
The Number of Meals including Breakfast is always corresponding to the Number of Nights Booked. Hence, Hotel does not provide Breakfast on the Day of Arrival as the Official Check-In Time is 1400 Hours.
Many times in Hill Stations, Weather Changes are very Frequent. Expenses Incurred due to Traffic Jam, Road Blockage, Land Sliding, Snow Fall, Heavy Rain, etc. are to be Borned by the Guest.
Indian Government Approved, Phote Identity Proof Along with the Address is Required at the Time of Check-In at the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
