Day 1 : Arrival in Paro (2280 meters)
Reception on arrival at Paro Airport by representative from Bhutan Eden Holidays and drive to hotel.
After lunch, visit the Ta Dzong, an ancient watchtower converted to National Museum since 1967. Visit Rinpung Dzong (Paro Dzong) built in 1646 by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal, which currently houses district administrative headquarter and monk body.

Day 2 : Excursion to Tiger’s Nest
Early morning, excursion to Taktsang monastery. The path is up-hill through the pine forest. Taktsang is most famous of Bhutan’s monastery which was built at the edge of the sheer rock cliff. In the afternoon visit Drugyal Dzong, which is in ruin state, built by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal to commemorate victory over Tibetan invaders in1644.The dzong was damaged by accidental fire in 1951
In the evening visit Kichu Lhakhang the oldest and sacred monastery.

Day 3 : Thimphu Tshechue-Day 1
After breakfast visit Thimphu Festival in the court yard of Tashichodzong. Tashichodzong is the fortress of the glorious religion built by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal in 1641. This is the centre of the government ministries and religion. It houses the “Throne of the King” and Central Monastic Body.
Join the crowed to witness Tshechu. After lunch break again joined the crowed for Tshechu. In the evening visit Memorial Chorten, the monument built in memory of late His Majesty the third King, Jigme Dorji Wangchuk. Then visit tallest Buddha statute of the world in Kuensel phordang. Visit Folk heritage museum and enjoy traditional dinner at Folk heritage restaurant.

Day 4 : Thimphu Tshechue-Day 2
After breakfast visit Tashi-chhoedzong and witness festival program. After lunch join Tshechu again. In the evening visit Mothithang Zoo to see National animal of Bhutan-Takin. Then visit Changangkha monastery built in the 12th century. This monastery is known as Children’s monastery as the children born in Thimphu are considered to be protected by the guardian deity of the monastery. Thereafter visit Handcrafts Emporium and Crafts Bazaar where rural arts and crafts items are displayed for sales. Overnight halt at a hotel in Thimphu.
Day 5 : Thimphu Tshechue-Day 3
On the third day Tshechu program starts early. People start gathering early. The program of un-furling of Guru Throngdel will be in the early morning. Have early breakfast and join Tshechue.
In the afternoon drive to Punakha. Stop at Dochula pass to enjoy incredible views of snow capped mountain peaks, if the weather is clear. Drive down to Punakha.

Day 6 : Punakha-Wangdi Sightseeing
In the morning visit Punakha Dzong, which is located in the confluence of the rivers-Po chhu and Mo chhu? The Dzong is the winter capital of the Central Monastic Body. It houses the district administrative authority currently.
In the afternoon drive to Wangdi-phodrang along the river side road. Visit Bajothang bazaar and view Wangduephodrang dzong destroyed by fire in 2012. The dzong is under re-construction now. In the evening drive to Paro.

Day 7 : Paro departure
Drive to air port for departure
