Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Howrah Station to Chennai railway station:

  Start tour You will be received by Travelink at Howrah Railway Station – We will be assisting for the transfer to Chennai railway station . night stay at rail.

• Day 2 : Howrah Station to Chennai railway station:

  Start tour You will be received by Travelink at Howrah Railway Station – We will be assisting for the transfer to Chennai railway station . night stay at rail.

• Day 3 : Chennai (Madras):

  On arrival at Chennai transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon visit Gandhi Memorial, Kala Kshetra, Mylapore temple and Marine beach. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel Chennai.

• Day 4 : Chennai - Tirupathi to Kanyakumari:

  After breakfast leave for Tirupathi to visit the famous temple of Lord Venkateshwara on the top of the Tirumala hills. This temple is believed to be the oldest temple in the country and is the richest temple too. Have lunch at a local restaurant in Tirupathi. Return to the hotel Late evening transfer to Chennai Railway-station to connect Train for Kanyakumari. Overnight on train.

• Day 5 : Kanyakumari Full Day Stay & Sightseeing:

  Morning arrive Kanyakumari. transfer to the hotel. Later visit visit Kanyakumari Temple, Gandhi Memorial, and Vivekananda Memorial in Kanyakumari. Evening watch spectacular sunset from the Beach. overnight stay Kanyakumari.

• Day 6 : Kanyakumari Full Day Stay & Sightseeing to Madurai:

  After breakfast travel to Kovalam ,full day free to relax on the beach Kovalam is well known for its beautiful beaches and palm fringed coconut trees.. Late evening transfer to Railway-station to connect Train # 56701 Madurai Passr dep. 06:20 for Madurai. Overnight on train.

• Day 7 : Madurai-Rameshwaram-Madurai:

  After breakfast travel to Rameshwaram, is the most sacred temple town in India is actually an island. Legend has it that Lord Rama along with Sita offered prayer to Lord Shiva after defeating Ravana, by praying to a sand Lingam made by Sita on this island. And at this very spot is located the Ramanatha Swamy Temple. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Return to Madurai for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel Madurai.

• Day 8 : Madurai to Munnar :

  After breakfast you will check out from hotel & transfer to Munnar.This beautiful hill station was once the summer capital of the British Government in India. The never ending vast expanse of tea plantations and the round the year moderate climate makes it a little haven for visitors by surface. On The Way Visit Local Sightseeing .On arrival at Munnar, check in at Hotel Munnar.

• Day 9 : Munnar Full Day Stay & Sightseeing:

  After breakfast you travel to Rajamala- house of the highly endangered mountain goats - the Nilgiri Thars. To Marayoor to visit the Muniyaras (Caves) which dates back to the new stone age. On the way back visit the sandalwood forests and Lakkam water falls which is accessible by a short trek through the forest. Overnight in Munnar.

• Day 10 : Munnar - Periyar (wild life sanctuary & Spice plantation):

  After breakfast you will check out from hotel & transfer to Periyar.By 12 noon at Thekkady. Proceed for a spice plantation tour and by evening at Periyar Lake around which the sanctuary is built, for boating. This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing the wild life at close quarters from the safety of a boat. Stay in Thekkady.

• Day 11 : Thekkady – Alleppey:

  After breakfasts proceed to Alleppey. check in at the house boat in Alleppey house boating through the legendary backwaters of Kerala. On the way you will witness a full range of village life and activities and some mind boggling sceneries. Overnight in the house boat.

• Day 12 : Alleppey – Ooty:

  After breakfast disembark from the houseboat at Alleppey and proceed to Ooty . On The Way Visit Local Sightseeing . Overnight in the Ooty Hotel.

• Day 13 : Ooty Full Day Stay:

  You Can Go For Local Sightseeing By Yourself And Do Shopping In The Local Market.. Overnight stay at the hotel Ooty.

• Day 14 : Ooty Full Day Stay & Sightseeing:

  After breakfast, enjoy a tour of the ‘Queen of the Blue Mountains’, that includes a visit to Dodabetta Peak. Later drive to Coonoor and visit Sims Park and ‘Dolphin’ nose point. In the afternoon visit the Botanical Garden and the popular Ooty lake. Return to have an overnight stay at the hotel in Ooty.

• Day 15 : Ooty To Mysore:

  Proceed on an excursion to blue Nilgiri hills in the morning. Visit one of the best-preserved Hoysala Temples at Somnathpur. In the afternoon visit the famous Mysore Palace. On arrival check into the hotel. Enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Relax with an overnight stay at the hotel in Mysore .

• Day 16 : Mysore To Bangalore:

  Drive to Bangalore on the way visit Sravanabelagola to see the monolith of Gomateshwara. Overnight in Hotel Bangalore.

  After breakfast, enjoy a tour of the Banglore Citywhich includes The Lal Bage, Cubbon Park,VidhanaSoudha, Banglore Palace, Tipu sultans Palace, Bull Temple, ST. Patricks Church and other highlights of the city are covered in this trip. Late evening transfer to Railway-station to connect Train Bangalore to Howrah Railway-station. Overnight on train.
