Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

  Arrival at Delhi international airport. Clear immigration and visa formalities, collect your baggage and Lotus India Holidays representative will meet you with a placard. Transfer to hotel and check in. Overnight.

• Day 2 : Delhi

  After breakfast full day city tour of Delhi, tour starts with Old Delhi drive past of Red Fort. Visit the Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India. Later take a Rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk . Afternoon visit New Delhi, which will include photo stop at- Parliament House, India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan. Visit Humayun’s Tomb, one of the best examples of a Mughal Garden Tomb. Later visit Qutub Minar, the tallest brick minaret. Overnight.

• Day 3 : Delhi – Ranthambore

  Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to Delhi railway station to board train to Sawai Madhopur. On arrival transfer to your hotel. Ranthambhore National Park is one of the biggest and most renowned national parks in Northern India which is about 130 km from Jaipur. Overnight.

  Early this morning visit the National park for jeep safari. Return hotel for Lunch. Later proceed for afternoon jeep safari of the day. Dinner at hotel. Overnight.

• Day 5 : Ranthambore – Agra

  This morning travel to Agra (220 kms – 4 hours), home to india's most famous landmark, the taj mahal. En-route visit the fortified ghost city, Fatehpur Sikri, built by the mughal emperor akbar to honor the saint salim chisti. On arrival check in at hotel. Later visit to Agra fort, built by emperor akbar, which is a mixture of the islamic and hindu styles of architecture. Conclude your day by visiting Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays), a UNESCO Heritage Site, to catch the sun setting over the Taj Mahal. Overnight.

• Day 6 : Agra – Khajuraho

  Today transfer to Agra railway station to board train to Jhansi. On arrival at Jhansi railway station, travel to Khajuraho. En-route visit Orchha, which has a rich history and introduces you to one the noble kingdom who lived for his people. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight.

• Day 7 : Khajuraho – Bandhavgarh

  This morning explore the Chandella temples which are an excellent example of Indo-Aryan architecture and famed for their erotic sculptures, the temples in fact depict an exquisite detail of the everyday life of people during that era. Later after breakfast travel to Bandhavgarh (240 Kms – 6 hrs). On arrival check-in at hotel. Bandhavgarh National Park, has the highest density of Bengal tigers in the world, whose prey base consists of Chital, sambar deer, wild pig, barking deer and Indian hare. Overnight.

  This morning tour starts with the main tourist attraction in Mumbai, the Gateway of India. Near stands the rich and famous Royal Taj Mahal Hotel. This hotel is a witness of priceless memories of this glorious city. Then, you will catch a glimpse of University of Bombay, High Court of Bombay and Crawford Market. You will also visit the esteemed Gandhi Memorial Museum (Mani Bhavan) and the religious Jain Temple. Later visit the Dhobi Ghat, an exclusive to the city of Mumbai. Watch the washer men or the 'dhobis' provide an efficient service, gathering dirty laundry, cleaning it and returning it perfectly ironed, and all this at an exceptionally small price. Evening we will take you to the beautiful Marine Drive, popularly known as the Queen's Necklace. Overnight.
