The Tilicho Pass Trek is a challenging trek in the land of the world’s highest lake, Tilicho Lake, in the Annapurna region of Nepal. On this trek, one has the opportunity to see many of the grandest snow-capped mountains in Nepal including Mansalu (8163 m), Mount Dhaulagiri (8167 m), Mount Annapurna (8091M). The Tilicho Pass Trek combines a visit to a legendary lake with tremendous natural beauty with a religious pilgrimage. This trek is also an ideal trek to get views of the highest Himalayan peaks. One returns from this trek with memories of an unforgettable life experience.

Trekking of Annapurna Circuit route programme has to cross Manang and Kali gandaki valley over the 5,416m high Thorong La passes. The trek begins from Besisahar which goes along the Marshyangdi River, enjoy with great views of Manaslu, Heu Chuli so on. There are two passes leading to Jomsom, Resonant La and Tilicho North pass known also as Tilicho "Tourist pass".Extra day hotel stay in Kathmandu and Pokhara

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

  Arrival in Kathmandu/ Nepal/ transfer to hotel
• Day 2 : Free Day in Kathmandu for Trekking Prepration

  Free day in Kathmandu for trekking prepration / Overnight at Hotel
• Day 3 : Drive to Besisahar (830m) Overnight Guest House/lodge.

  Our dynamic guide will be attaining to the Hotel early in the morning to get you then 7 hours of driving take to you Besishar. It is about 185km driving.
• Day 4 : Drive to Chame (2630m)overnight Guest House/lodge.

  Chame is the headquarters of the Manang district; it is spot fine views of Annapurna II as you approach Chame. Along this route we are introduced to a local community said to have migrated from Tibet a long time past, noticeable by their different features.
• Day 5 : Trek to Pisang (3300m) Overnight Guest House/lodge.

  Starts through deep fine forest in a steep and narrow valley, crosses a river on a long bridge at 2910 meters. Then we cross another bridge at 3040 meters, from the spot we visible Paungda Danda rock face really begins to appear. The trail joins to climb to Pisang
• Day 6 : Trek to Manang (3540m)overnight Guest House/lodge.

  Leaving Pisang, we have alternate trails north and south of the Marsyangdi River which meets up again at Mungji.Ghyaru, though there are better views on the trail that follows the northern bank of the river, From Mungji.
• Day 7 : Acclimatization Day At Manang Village / Overnight Guest House/lodge.

  We take rest at manang village. The village is very beautiful, cultural and surrounding by ample of mountains, peaks, rocks. We do excursion more than 5,000 meters in order to make balance of the fitness and altitude.
• Day 8 : Trek to Khangsar Village (3700m)overnight Guest House/lodge.

  After acclimatized at Manang we continue our adventure for Tilicho Lake, from Manang one heads out through the western gates and then one follows the path down to the river. After crossing the the Khangsar Khola on the bridge below Khangsar and ascend the slope to the village, a village still in the old Tibetan style and which is also known as last village of Nepal.
• Day 9 : Trekking to Tilicho Base Camp (4200m)overnight Guest House/lodge.

  The route ahead goes on a recently constructed path up towards a high ridge. At one point is an intersection. One path maintains the altitude, traversing the slopes towards a place where the valley is narrow; the other continues to ascend towards the line of the ridge.
• Day 10 : Trek to Tilicho Lake (5200m)overnight Guest House/lodge.

  Tilicho Lake is a cold place in the afternoon and claimed as highest lake of the world. After we spend some time around Tilicho Lake we will return same way back to Base Camp as there are no any accommodation facilities at Tilicho Lake area.
• Day 11 : Trek to Yak Kharka (4000m) Overnight Guest House/lodge.

  Khangsar village passing through the ruins of old Khangsar and follow an unmarked trail which will lead you around and down to cross the river on an old log bridge between Gumsang and Yak Kharka
• Day 12 : Trek to Thorong Phedi (4450m)overnight Guest House/lodge.

  After walking approximately three and half hours on decent trail from Yak Kharka we reach on Thorong Phedi at 4450 meters situated on high and near the near the river which surrounded by snow, ice and glacier.
• Day 13 : Trek to Muktinath (3800m) Via Thorung La Pass (5416m)overnight Guest House/lodge.

  We cross over at an altitude of 5416 meters Thorang Pass; we start to climb steeply down over the snow and we reach down to phedi and we take few time rest there in order to throw our tiredness then gradually we arrive at Muktinath.
• Day 14 : Trek to Jomsom (2720m)overnight Guest House/lodge.

  We follow the trail down and walk over the marine rocks on river shore of the Kaligandaki to Jomsom. Jomsom is headquarter of the Mustang district.
• Day 15 : Jomsom to Pokhara / Overnight Stay At Hotel.

  Around 35 minutes of your flight travel you will be at Pokhara. Half day sightseeing tour around Pokhara valley.
• Day 16 : Drive Back to Kathmandu / Overnight Stay At Hotel.

  If you would to continuing your trip toward the Chitwan Jungle Safari, River Rafting Adventure or any other tours then we will be arrange regarding your wish.
• Day 17 : Free Day in Kathmandu

  Free day in Kathmandu for personal activities or join onward program or final departure.
