Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi to Kullu Overnight Journey

  Today Evening pick up from Delhi and drive to Kullu at Bhuntar (Kullu Airport) & driven to Goshaini village in the Valley. Overnight journey to Manali Kullu (Tirthan Valley)

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys

• Day 2 : Manali

  Reach to Manali Check into one of select home stays. After some rest visit Angle or ramble beside the Tirthan River; visit Banjaar fair if dates coincide with your visit. Commence trek into GHNP from Goshaini to Rolla (2100m). Overnight here (roughly five hours of trekking). (All Adventure activities is on your own Expenses).

• Day 3 : Manali

  Rock climbing is another adventure sport that is undertaken by a lot of travelers while visiting the valley. Many operators have specialized staff who train and assist adventure enthusiasts who are interested in partaking of the sport Another five odd hours trek from Rolla to Shilt Thatch (3300m); overnight, with a possibility of sighting the Western Tragopan. night stay in camp.

• Day 4 : Departure

  Also visit gaidhar water fall.Trek to Rakhundi Top (4200m) and back to Shilt Thatch; overnight. This could be the lucky day with an actual sighting of the elusive and colourful pheasant. In the evening after sightseeing drive to Delhi, Over night journeyto Delhi .

NOTE :

• Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, Christmas , New Year & Long Weekend etc.)


• Similar Hotels will be provided in case selected hotel is Sold Out/Closed or unavailable due to service factors.


• In case, False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses.


• Above rates, rooms and hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking and we are not holding any reservation as yet.


• Kindly confirm at the earliest so that we can process your booking. Looking forward for hearing from you soon.


• We are assuring you the best of services & attention all the times. Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.


• A .C will not work in hill stations. EXTRA PERSON COST: Children below 6 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel. Children between 6- 12 Years & Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.


• HOW TO BOOK PACKAGE


• ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY: 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date. Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour. Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival

TERMS & CONDITIONS  Check In / Check Out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon).

• For Cancellation please refer to our Terms and Conditions available at our booking office.  Rooms holding shall be for a period of 72 hours only.


• The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only. TO BOOK THE SAME: Please deposit Amount in our account in the name of A/C No and inform us about the same day.


• Remarks  Kindly note that names of hotels mentioned in the proposed hotels only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In case the accommodation is not available at any of the above mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.


• Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.


• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.


• Himalayan National Park at Kufri and Advance Studies at Shimla, Roerich Art Gallery and State Museum are Closed at Monday.


• Rohtang Pass is closed on Tuesday for general tourists but the travelers who want to travel to Lahaul, Leh and Spiti can move even on Tuesday.


• Please note the Ready made packages are designed strictly on the detailed itinerary being attached any extra sightseeing and excursion is subject to a supplement cost as per the actual.


• It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason.


• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.


• The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.


• In case of vehicle not going to Rohtang Pass by any kind of new guidelines proposed by NGT-National Green Tribunal /Supreme Court. Himalayan Package Tours will not be responsible in any case
