Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Chennai

  Board flight for Chennai. Arrive Chennai meet our representative at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Check into hotel and relax. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2 : Chennai Local Sightseeing

  Morning after breakfast, visit the Gateway of South India and rich in its culture. Visit Kapaleeswarar temple, Santhome Church, Fort Museum and National Art Gallery. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

• Day 3 : Mahabalipuram

  After breakfast, check out from the hotel, and drive for Mahabalipuram, on arrival check into hotel after check into hotel proceed for a local tour of Mahabalipuram. The main attractions at Mahabalipuram are the Shore temples, Arjuna' Penance, Krishna Mandapam, Mahishasurmardini cave, varaha Mandapam etc. Stay overnight in hotel at Mahabalipuram beach.

• Day 4 : Mahabalipuram - Kanchipuram - Pondicherry

  Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel then drive for Kanchipuram (City of thousands Temple), and visit Kamakshi Amman Temple, Kailasanathar Temple, Ekambareswarar Temple, Kumarakottam temple. Vaikunta Perfumal Temple.
  Later, you will be driven to Pondicherry and upon arrival, check in at hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.

• Day 5 : Pondicherry

  Pondicherry is one of the most beautiful and magnificent places in India. For most parts of Colonial history of India, Pondicherry remained under the French suzerainty. After morning breakfast, you will be taken for a city tour of Pondicherry. The Aurobindo Ashram is one of the most important attractions in Pondicherry. Sri Aurobindo Ghose, the freedom fighter and philosopher poet founded it in 1926. Other places of interest at Pondicherry are Promenade, Auroville, the Botanical Garden, temples, Museum etc. Stay overnight at hotel in Pondicherry.

  Morning after breakfast, drive for Tanjore, on arrival check into hotel, dinner and overnight rest in the hotel.

• Day 7 : Tanjore Local Sightseeing

  After breakfast visit Tanjore - The home of Carnatic music, musical instruments, dance and traditional handcrafts, Tanjore (Thanjavur) is famous for the Brahadeeswarar Temple. The temple constructed more than a thousand years ago by the Chola King Raja Rajan is an architect's marvel. The Art Gallery and the Saraswathi Mahal Library are also well known places of interest. Rest of the time at Leisure, Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 8 : Rameshwaram

  Morning after breakfast, drive for Rameshwaram upon arrival, check into hotel then have Sphatik Shivaling Darshan and have a bath in the 22 teerthams (wells). Ramanatha Swamy temple (bath in 22 wells), Agni Theertham (seabath), Also visit Pamban Bridge, Rama Theertham, Lakshman Theertham, Sita Theertham, Pamban Bridge, kentha patha parvath, Panch Muki Hanuman Temple, Sri Ramachandra Temple (Floating Stone). Dinner and overnight rest in the hotel.

• Day 9 : Rameshwaram - Kanayakumari

  Morning after breakfast drive to kanyakumari. Upon arrival check in at hotel for 01 night. Kanyakumari - The lands end of India is a meeting point of the great seas - the Indian Ocean, the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal. A spell binding scene which attracts tourist in large numbers is the unique sunrise and the sunset which is most spectacular at full moon, when sunsets and moon raise takes place simultaneously. Overnight stay in Kanyakumari.

• Day 10 : Kanayakumari - Madurai

  Morning after breakfast drive to Madurai. Upon arrival check into hotel, go for local city tour for Madurai visit Sri Meenakshi Temple and Tirumalai Nayak Palace. Overnight stay in Madurai.
