Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Coimbatore

After you arrive in the Coimbatore railway station or airport, get transferred to Isha Yoga Center, which is situated in the foothills of the Velliangiri Mountains. Upon reaching, check-into your cottage. After settling down, experience the rejuvenating energies of Dhyanalinga Temple, Linga Bhairavi Temple, and the Theerthakund where you are going to meditate and rejuvenate your tired mind, body as well as soul. Next will be Nadha Aradhna where you are going to enjoy a calming blend of vocals as well as melodious instrument in the centre’s sanctorum.

Later, you will be served Sattvic lunch. Rest of the day is free for the activities of your interest. You can shop at Isha Shopee for jute items, beauty products, stone artifacts etc. Relish a complete vegetarian sattvic dinner Overnight stay at Isha Yoga Center.

Day 2 : Departure

After having breakfast, depart from Isha Yoga Center and travel to Kovai Kutralam Falls (30 minutes drive). These falls at Siruvani are believed to have medicinal properties, which offer a calming effect, both mentally as well as physically. Later, you will drive to Perur Patteeswaraswamy Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva and his partner Goddess Parvati. The temple is more than 2000 years old.
