Gilgit was an important staging post on the Silk Route to China and today is the capital of the Gilgit-Baltistan and a thriving town. Hunza is the home of legendary Hunza and the model for James Hilton’s Shangri-La in the Lost Horizon. Lahore the Pakistan’s cultural and intellectual center and possessor of the Serene Mughal monuments while Karachi is the largest city of Pakistan and its commercial and industrial hub.
Day 1 : Islamabad
Arrival at Islamabad international airport, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2 : Drive to Swat
A pleasant drive to Swat over the beautiful Malakand Pass.
Day 3 : Saidu Sharif
Day for local visit of the capital Saidu Sharif, includes Museum, Budkaras I & II and Murghizar.
Day 4 : Malam Jaba Skii
Morning day excursion to Malam Jaba Skii resort and surrounding and afternoon leave for Besham over Shanglla Pass.
Day 5 : Gilgit
Drive to Gilgit with en route stop at different photogenic points.
Day 6 : Gilgit
Morning tour of Gilgit Town an afternoon drive to Hunza.
Day 7 : Hunza Shangri-la
Day is reserved for local visit of Hunza Shangri-la with include hopar village.
Day 8 : Drive to Sost
Drive to Sost, en route visiting Gulkin and passu glacier.
Day 9 : Full Day Exploration
Full day exploration of Khunjerab Pass (Pakistan & China border).
Day 10 : Drive to Chilas
Drive to Chilas, en route stop for lunch at Gilgit.
Day 11 : Drive to Naran
Drive to Naran via Babusar pass.
Day 12 : Drive to Islamabad
Drive to Islamabad, en route visiting Taxila Museum.
Day 13 : Fly Back
Fly Back Transfer to Islamabad airport to embark home flight. End of services.
