Altitude Sickness: The main and common risk while trekking above about 2500m is Altitude sickness. Altitude sickness is caused by acute exposure to low partial pressure of oxygen at high altitude. The available amount of oxygen to sustain mental and physical alertness decreases with altitude. Available oxygen drops as the air density itself, the number of molecules (of both oxygen and nitrogen) per given volume, drops as altitude increases. So don’t ignore, if you have any symptoms then descending to a lower altitude is the only option.
Water: Have some means to purify water, iodine or a fine ceramic filter are the best options. The streams should be considered polluted and whilst bottled water is often available, the disposal of plastic bottles is a problem.
Electricity in Nepal

Nepal Climate information
Nepal is a landlocked country which lies in Hindu Kush Himalayan region. Nepal has monsoonal climate having four main seasons: spring, summer, monsoon, autumn and winter.

Below is a general guide to conditions at different seasons:
January to March (winter): In this season temperature will decrease at often 0°C (32°F) at night, with extreme cold at high elevations. It is possible to trek in places like the Everest region during the winter but due to extreme cold weather and heavy snow fall it may be quite difficult than as usual.
April to June (summer): In these months it is quite warm and dry weather. There is an abundance of blooming flowers in the Himalayas at this time, with rhododendrons, in particular, adding a splash of color to the landscape. This season is the best time to undertake mountain expeditions.
June to September (Monsoon): There will be heavy monsoonal rainfall in this season. Rains are generally lighter in high Himalayan reasons. In this season the mountain ranges are not often visible due to the clouds.
October to December (autumn): These months are cool and clear which is due to the end of monsoon, there is little dust in the air so this is the best season to visit the hilly and mountainous regions.

Nepal Visas information
Visa in Nepal can be acquired on arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu and also at the border entry points in Kakadvitta, Birgunj, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Gaddachowki border of Nepal - India and Kodari on Nepal-China border. Visa can also acquire at the nearest Nepal Embassy. For visa renewal purpose you can contact at Department of Immigration, Kalikasthan at Kathmandu. A valid passport and one passport -size photo with a light background is required. Visa can be obtained only through payment of cash in the following currency: Euro, Swiss Franc, Pound Sterling, US Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Singapore Dollar and Japanese Yen. Credit card, Indian currency and Nepali currency are not accepted as payment of visa fee.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Jro - Arusha Town

  Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Pick up and meet your Wild dog Adventure Professional Guide, then drive to Arusha Town, almost 45 min drive from the Airport to town. Dinner and overnight at the Arusha Hotel.

• Day 2 : Arusha - Machame Gate

  After breakfast, drive from your hotel to Machame gate. After about an hour of registration and park fees payments, start climbing along the clear trail through plantation and rural forest, thereafter a narrow forest path follows to the Machame Camp. Picnic lunch boxes on your way. Dinner and overnight at Machame Camp

• Day 3 : Machame Camp - Shira Camp

  After the breakfast, ascending through the forest, steep ridge passing through heather and open moorlands, and crossing a large gorge to Shira camp. This distance is about 5-6 hours. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Shira Camp.

• Day 4 : Shira Camp - Baranco Camp

  After breakfast we will ascend to lava tower with lunch on the way to Baranco, then descend slowly to Baranco for dinner and over in Camping.

• Day 5 : Baranco Camp - Barafu Camp

  After breakfast, we leave Baranco Camp to Barafu Camp. We will pass through the last water drop at Karanga Valley on the way up. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Barafu Camp.

• Day 6 : Barafu Camp - Uhuru Peak - Mweka Camp

  Wake up at midnight, and after small snacks, start ascending to Uhuru Peak through the Stella point then after reaching the summit, we will head down to Mweka Camp for dinner and overnight at Mweka Camp. Lunch on the way.

• Day 7 : Mweka Camp - Arusha Town.

  After breakfast, we will head down to Mweka gate with lunch boxes where you will awarded certificate of congratulation, and the waiting vehicle will take you to Arusha, where evening you will decide to have walking tour around the city. Overnight at Hotel

• Day 8 : Arusha - Tarangire Np

  After breakfast transfer to Tarangire National park with picnic lunch boxes. Named after the Tarangire Burungi. Tarangire is known for its large herds of elephants and majestic baobab trees. You can find many of the large African mammals here, including lion, leopard, buffalo, lesser and greater kudu. The park hosts an enormous variety of birds- more than 500 species. Overnight at Lodge.

• Day 9 : Tarangire - Manyara Np

  After breakfast with picnic lunch boxes drive to Manyara National Park. Here you will explore the wonders of Lake Manyara where you will see lots of animals, birds and here is where rift valley has passed. Overnight at Lodge.

• Day 10 : Manyara National Park - Ngorongoro Crater

  After breakfast with picnic lunch boxes drive to Ngorongoro, descend to the Crater floor for a half day game drive. The crater has been declared a world heritage site. Ngorongoro crater lies within Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority which covers more than 8,000square Kilometre. It is bordered by Lake Eyas, in the Southwest and the Gol Mountain in the North. Dotted with extinct craters and high plains and to the North is the Oldonyo Lengai, a grey, forbidding perfect cone that is still- active volcano. After a half day game drive direct to Serengeti National Park. Overnight at Lodge.

• Day 11 : Serengeti National Park

  After breakfast, enjoy a full day game drive of Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National park covering 14,763 square kilometres is common consent the world’s greatest wildlife sanctuary. One of the most breathtaking events in the animal kingdom is the annual migrations of the hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles followed by attendant predators. The Serengeti was accepted by the world heritage convention as a world heritage site with species of plain animals from the hare to the elephants, and a wonderful selection of birdlife. Survey estimates indicate the animals population includes more than 3,000 lion, 1,6000,000 wildebeests and 500,000 Zebras. Overnight at Lodge.

• Day 12 : Serengeti National Park.

  After breakfast we continue with our full day game drive. Serenget National has Zones Northern Zone, Southern Zone, Western Zone and Eastern Zones. Due to the large of the park tourists should allow enough time for them to see big 5 and lots of animals. Overnight at Lodge.

• Day 13 : Serengeti National

  After breakfast, we continue our game drive for full day. Here balloon safari can be done (option) to see animals that are interior and with balloon can be approach the animals at a short distance. Overnight at Lodge

• Day 14 : Serengeti National Park - Airport

  After breakfast we head through Ngorongoro while viewing nice habitats of animals to Kilimanjaro airport to connect with your flight back home or continue with your holiday vacation in Tanzania.
