Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Trichy – Madurai ( 170 Km – 3hrs 45min )

  On Arrival at Trichy after breakfast at outside restaurant visit Uchi Pillayar Temple and Srirangam (Ranganathar Temple) after lunch , proceed drive to Madurai. Overnight stay at Madurai.

• Day 2 : Madurai – Palani ( 120 km – 2hrs 15min )

  After early morning breakfast, proceed to visit Meenakshi Amman temple, Trirupuramkundram, Pazhammudhir Solai and Alagar temple after lunch, proceed drive to Palani. After check in hotel, Overnight stay at palani.

• Day 3 : Palani – Kodaikanal ( 75 km - 1hrs 50min )

  After early morning breakfast, Proceed to dharshan at Murugan Temple. After dharshan check out from the hotel and drive to Kodaikanal. After check in hotel, Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 4 : Kodaikanal – Munnar (180 km – 4hrs)

  After early morning breakfast, proceed to Sightseeing in kodaikanal, visit Green Valley View, Coakers walk, Pillar Rocks and boating after lunch Proceed drive to Munnar. Oernight stay at Munnar.

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys, Boating

• Day 5 : Munnar – Alleppey (180 km – 4hrs )

  After breakfast, Morning proceed to Cochin Sightseeing and later drive to Alleyppey to board the house boat. In Alleppey check in at house boat – cruise throght Vembanad Lake, visit Kujunakom Birds Sanctuar. After lunch to visit  Pathiramanal Isand and Alleppey backwaters. Overnight stay on a house boat.

• Day 6 : Alleppey – Kanyakumari ( 300 kms – 6hrs 45min )

  After having breakfast from House Boat drive towards Kanyakumari, After check in hotel to visit Kumari Amman Temple, Gandhi Mandapam, Vivekanandha rock Memorial. After lunch to visit Triruvallur statue. Later evening back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 7 : Kanyakumari – Thanjavur ( 750 km – 11 hrs 30min )

  After breakfast proceed to Thanjavur, On the way to visit Thiruchendur temple after dharshan drive to Rameshwaram. After lunch proceed to dharshan Ramanatha Temple, 5 face Hanuman Temple after proceed drive to Thanjavur. After check in hotel, Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 8 : Thanjavur – Pondicherry ( 230 km – 5 hrs )

  After having breakfast, Check out from the hotel to visit Brihadiswara Temple, Vateswaran Temple, swami Malai, after lunch move to Kumbakonam, Chidambaram (Nataraja temple) and proceed to Pondichery. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 9 : Pondicherry – Chennai ( 420 km – 9 Hrs)

  After breakfast, visit Aurobindo Ashram, Auroville Beach & etc. After check out from the hotel and move to Chennai. On the way visit Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram, Kamatchi Amman temple after visit Thiruthani Temple and drive to Chennai. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 10 : Chennai - Tirupati- Vellore ( 290 km – 4hrs 30 min )  

  After breakfast, early morning drive to Tirupati, after dharshan drive to Vellore, on the way take lunch. Check in hotel at Vellore and sightseeing of Sripuram-Sri Lakshmi Narayani Golden Temple is the largest Golden temple in the world. After visit The Fort is one of the monuments in Vellore. Inside the Fort the Jalakandeswarar Temple is a very fine example of Vijayanagar architecture and also visit Government museum. Later evening back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 11 : Vellore – Chennai ( 145 km – 3hrs )

  After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and drive to Chennai. Get ready to witness the beautiful temples such as Kapaleeshwara temple, Vadapalani temple and Astalakshmi temple, MGR Museum. We will also get enthralled with sunset at Marina beach. After visit proceed to shopping. Overnight stay at Chennai.

• Day 12 : Chennai Departure

  After early morning breakfast, proceed to Shopping & free and easy. After shopping and drive to departure for Dropping at Airport to board the return flight for destination.

The Cruise Commences At 1230 Hrs With Lunch Served On Board And Continues Till Dusk. At Dusk The Boat Will Anchor In A Wide Waterway Or Lake For The Night (The Backwaters Close To Boat Traffic At Dusk As The Fisherman Laid Their Nets In The Backwaters. Other Boats Are Not Allowed To Play In The Backwaters After Dusk. On The Following Day The Cruise Commences Again After Breakfast And The Guest Will Be Dropped At Alleppey By 0900Hrs. Overnight Stay At The House Boat.Since Houseboats Are Stationed In The Bank Of The Backwater During The Night The Problem Of Mosquito And Water Borne Insects Do Come Up Hence You Are Kindly Requested To Carry Mosquito And Insect Repellent Along With You. The Choice Of Food In The Houseboat Is Very Limited And Mostly Basic South Indian Meal Is Served. The Quality Of The Houseboat Cannot Be Compared With The Quality Of The Rooms In The Hotel Where The Guest Is Staying. The Rooms Are Basic And Small. The Main Concept Of The Houseboat Is To Explore The Backwater Beauty Of The Region At The Closet To The Nature.
