Trip to the Peak Lenina Package

Package Overview

This tour is a great chance to visit the southern capital, to see the famous sacred Sulaiman Mointain, to visit a historical museum located on this mountain and finally to see the Babur’s Mosque.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  We pick you up in the city of Bishkek and head to the airport for flight to Osh city (early morning daily flight around 7-8 AM).
  
  Short flight (40 minutes) and land in Osh. Meet with a local team.
  
  City tour in Osh takes about 2 hours. We visit Suleiman Mountain, historical museum, located in the biggest cave. After excursion in the museum follow the way of all pilgrims up to the top of the hill and visit a little mosque of Babur, The Great Mogols Dynasty founder, and take a bird eye’s view of the city.
  
  Drive to Gulcha village via Chyirchyk pass (2405 m asl) to have a lunch (included) in Kyrgyz family aprx. at 12.30-13.00 PM. You have 1 hour for lunch.
  
  Trip from Gulcha village to Achik Tash Base Camp via Taldyk pass (3615 m asl) takes about 5 hours.
  
  En route short photo stops to see Kyrgyz yurt camps and nomads with their animals on grazing slopes called jailoo.
  
  Arrival to Achick Tash Base Camp (3600m asl) aprx at 19.00 PM. Accommodation in tents (2 pax in one tent, individual accommodation on special request for extra charge). Dinner in Base Camp (included).
• Day 2 :

  After breakfast (included) start hiking to the waterfall with a guide.
  
  Distance covered during the day: 8 km.
  
  The way up and down takes about 4-5 hours.
  
  Altitude difference: +600m; -600m.
  
  Altitude of the lowest point (Base camp): 3,600m according to the GPS
  
  Altitude of the highest point: 4,200 m according to the GPS.
  
  Return to Base Camp for lunch (included). Free time to walk around.
• Day 3 :

  After early breakfast (included) and drive back to Osh city. This trip takes about 6-7 hours. Lunch en route (included). Arrival in Osh and transfer to the airport to catch a flight back to Bishkek. Daily flights operates from 5 to 11 pm. Meeting with the driver at the airport and transfer to Bishkek city to the address agreed beforehand. Dinner is not included.
