Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

  Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport where the vehicle will be waiting at the arrivals and the office personnel / driver will be there with a pla card ready. The ancient culture and traditional architecture of Kathmandu means that the city boasts no less than seven World Heritage Sites incuding Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, Swayambhunath etc.
  Pick up Tribhuvan international Airport, Kathmandu.
  Drive to the hotel. Check - in and have the rest of the evening for leisure.
  One can go for local shopping / casinos / (on your own) etc

• Day 2 : Kathmandu

  (Sightseeing to Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Patan Durbar Square and Swayambhunath)
  (Duration of the sightseeing will be about 7 hours approx.)
  After breakfast, you will leave for sightseeing. 
  Pashupatinath Temple- Pashupatinath is one of the four most important religious sites in Asia for devotees of Shiva.
  
  Bouddhanath Stupa: The Buddhist stupa dominates the skyline; it is one of the largest unique structure's stupas in the world.
  
  Swayambhunath Temple: This stupa is the oldest of its kind in Nepal Legend has it that Swayambhunath was born out of a lotus flower that bloomed in the middle of a lake that once spread across the Kathmandu Valley once was.
  
  Patan durbar square: (A UNESCO world heritage site), known as Lalitpur and the ‘The Beautiful City’, was once home to kings who resided in luxurious palaces in Durbar Square.

• Day 3 : Kathmandu / Pokhara By Flight which takes 30 mins approx

  Drop to the domestic airport in Kathmandu to board a flight to Pokhara. Pokhara is 210 kms from Kathmandu. By flight it just takes 30 mins to reach Pokhara.
  From Pokhara town (2,352 feet) in good weather there are splendid views right from the hotel.
  Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel.

• Day 4 : Pokhara

  Early Morning Visit Sarangkot Himalayan View Point -Sarangkot Located on the outskirts of Pokhara city is the hill known as Sarangkot. It offers one of Pokhara's greatest views of the Annapurna Himalayan mountains peaks & most famous for beautiful sunrise views in the morning.
  
  Bindebasini Temple - Bindebasini is located in the small hill at the northern side of old bazaar and is one of the most famous temples in Pokhara and is believed as one of the oldest temples in the valley. It is dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati.
  
  Visit Davis Falls- An underground waterfall Fed by Phewa Lake Dam, the waterfall is surrounded by abundant flora. A landmark of Pokhara, Devi's waterfall is a must-visit when in Nepal.
  
  Gupteshwor Cave -Numbers of devotee’s throng around the cave to pay their respects and worship the Lord Shiva as the cave is considered as an abode of Lord Shiva and is locally known as Gupteshwor Mahadev Gufa. Overnight at hotel. (The above sightseeing is for a maximum of 03 hours after the vehicle reports at the hotel)

• Day 5 : Pokhara / Kathmandu by Flight and then drive to Nagarkot – 35 kms and 1.5 hours’ drive

  Fly back to Kathmandu. You will be picked up at the domestic airport and driven to Nagarkot which is another 35 kms from Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
  
  Nagarkot: Nagarkot is at an altitude of 2175 m and it takes approx. 1.5 hours to reach Nagarkot from Kathmandu. It’s known for its views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest to the northeast, which are especially striking at sunrise and sunset. The surrounding scrubland is laced with trails and home to many butterflies.

• Day 6 : Nagarkot / Airport (35 kms and 1.5 hours’ drive)

  After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Nagarkot. Drive straight to the international airport to board a flight for onward journey. Depending on your flight departure time, you will be driven to the international airport. The reporting time at the airport will be 3 hours prior to the departure time. Return home with beautiful memories.

Please Note

• The vehicle will not be on disposal and will be provided as per the program only.
• Drivers in Nepal are not educated. They speak/understand a very basic Hindi and English. They cannot do the job of a guide and will have to stay in the parking area along with the vehicle. The clients will have to buy the entrance fee on their own during the sightseeing.
• Rates valid for Indian Passport holders only. OCI and PIO card is not valid in Nepal and cannot be used as an identification.
• Hotel: Standard Check in Time: 2 PM and Standard Check Out time: 11 AM
• Room Category: Base category which are called the Standard rooms or Deluxe rooms depending from hotel to hotel
• A Passport or a voter’s id is the only valid document to travel to Nepal by air. Clients will not be allowed to travel by air using an Aadhar card or a driving license. For children under 18 years, a school identification with a photograph in it is a valid document.
• Inr. 200, 500 and 2000 notes are illegal and not acceptable in Nepal. Clients should carry Inr. 100 and below notes only. The maximum limit amount that a person can carry is Inr. 25000 which should be in denomination of Inr. 100 or below.
• Double Dose Covid Vaccination Certificate is mandatory.

• 30 % payments: At the time of confirmation
• Full payment 7 days Prior to Nepal arrival in our account only.
• Cancellation:
• 60 – 30 days prior to departure 10% of the tour cost.
• 29 - 15 days prior to departure 20% of the tour cost.
• 14 to 7 days prior to departure 40 % of the tour cost.
• 6 days or less no refunds.
• Our cancellation policy applies in every instance. There will be no exception for any reasons therefore; we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. This low-cost insurance protects all deposits and payments should you have to cancel your trip due to personal or family illness. Should you or anyone in your choice purchase this insurance, please deal directly with the insurance company. Baggage and accident insurance are also available.

COVID PROTOCOLS

• Vaccination certificate is mandatory. Note that the individual must have had 2 Covid Vaccination.
• Fill form at www.ccmc.gov.np prior to arrival.
• Carry soft copy/ print
• Alternatively, if one does not have a Covid certificate, One can get a negative RTPCR report within 72 hours. Children between 5- 18 years old, must have a negative RTPCR report while flying to/ departing from Kathmandu.
