Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Kolkata (By flight)

  Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our guide and transfer you to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel

• Day 2 : Kolkata - NJP (Overnight Train)

  Post breakfast visit Jain Temple, drive past BBD Bagh, Commercial Area, St. John's Church, Raj Bhavan (the residence of the Governor of West Bengal), High Court, Legislative Assembly, Eden Gardens, Strand (River Side), Race Course and visit the Victoria Memorial (Closed on Mondays) an imposing marble edifice. Evening transfer to city restaurant for Dinner and in time drop at railway station to board overnight train to New Jalpiguri.

• Day 3 : NJP - Darjeeling (03hrs)

  On arrival at NJP Railway station drive to Darjeeling and check in at Hotel. In the afternoon visit Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park - famous for its conservation breeding programs of the Red Panda, Himalayan Salamander, Tibetan Wolf and Snow Leopard. Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing-Gombu Rock used for rock climbing training by Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre (Closed on Sunday).Overnight stay at the Hotle.

• Day 4 : Darjeeling - Pelling (05hrs)

  Early morning visit Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Later return to the Hotel for breakfast. Enjoy Toy Train ride (highest toy train railway station in the world) on world heritage train up to Ghoom. Later continue drive to Pelling. Arrive, check in at Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 5 : Pelling - Gangtok (05hrs)

  Post breakfast visit Pemayangtse Monestary - a Buddhist monastery in Pemayangtse and Rabdestse Ruins. Drive to Gangtok. Upon arrival check in at Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 6 : Gangtok

  Post breakfast, visit The Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms (Closed on Sunday), Do-Drul Chorten, a stupa with a complete set of Dorjee Phurba inside it, Enchey Monastery, a religious centre of the Buddhist, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday) and Rumtek Monastery, a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 7 : Gangtok - Kalimpong (03hrs)

  Post breakfast drive to Kalimpong. On arrival check in at Hotel. Later in the afternoon visit Flower Nurseries, Zang Dhok Palri Fo-Brang Monastery, located at the top of Durpin Hill. Durbindara, a hilly landscape filled with dense Forests and River Teesta flows by less than a kilometer on the right. Gaden Tharpa Choling Monastery and Thongsa Gompa, the oldest monastery situated in the region of Kalimpong. Dinner & Overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 8 : Kalimpong - NJP - Kolkata (By Overnight Train)

  Post breakfast time free to relax. In time transfer to NJP railway station to board overnight train to Kolkata.

• Day 9 : Kolkata - Departure (By Flight)

  Arrive Kolkata and transfer to Hotel. Rest of the day fee to visit the local markets. (Transport available for 08hrs / 80kms) In the evening transfer to Airport to board the onward flight.
