Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Srinagar

  Welcome to Srinagar, You are greeted on arrival at Srinagar Airport by Namaste India Trip representative and transfer you to aGulmarg deluxe houseboat/Hotel Afternoon rest & relax. evening Lake rides by shikara to visit floating gardens, lotus gardens, Charchinar, and kabooter khana (Pigeon palace) and inside of the lake, Night stay in Srinagar.

• Day 2 : Srinagar - Gulmarg - Khilanmarg - Gulmarg. (58 kms. /2hrs.

  After breakfast leave for Gulmarg, one of the most beautiful summer/ winter resort in the valley. One can have a gandola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg to have real view in winter. Have pony ride in the open fields to seven springs and to a lake, which remains frozen till June. Later drive back to Srinagar. Overnight Stay Hotel.

  After breakfast leave for full day visit to Chandanwari - 16kms from Pahalgam - accessible by Jeep or pony(ponies can be hired directly. Situated at the confluence of the Lidder river and set amidst fir and pine covered mountains Night stay in Pahalgam.

  After a leisurely morning, drive to Srinagar. Enroute, make a brief visit to Awantipura ruins, an 1100 year old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Arrive into Srinagar and check into your hotel / houseboat. In the afternoon visit the temple of Shankaracharya and the Mughal Gardens.
