Overview:
With the meticulously crafted 3 nights 4 days Short Escape to Mysore and Coorg from Bangalore, the tourists can explore the cultural and natural beauty of Southern India. With this tour, you will be able to explore the picturesque city of Mysore which is famed for its manicured gardens, forts and palaces. The tour will take you to Coorg where you will be able to relish the beautiful attractions dotted across its landscapes.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bangalore - Mysore (140kms / 3hrs Approx)-

  Upon arrival at Bengaluru (Bangalore) airport/ railway station, meet our tour representative and proceed to Mysore. Reach by noon at Mysore and you will have an assisted check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon, you will embark on the sightseeing places of the city. You will get an opportunity to visit Mysore Palace - one of the major attractions of Mysore, Shri Jayachamarajendra Art Gallery - here you will witness a rich collection of ancient paintings and musical instruments. Proceed to the serene St. Philomena’s Church, one of India’s largest churches beautifully built in Gothic style. If time permits, visit Mysore Zoo. Evening proceeds to world famous Brindavan Gardens expanded over 150 acres. The musical fountain and light show adds attraction to the gardens.
  
  In the evening, return back to the hotel. Overnight at Mysore.

• Day 2 : Mysore - Coorg (120kms / 3hrs Approx)-

  After having a morning breakfast, drive straight to Coorg (also known as Kodagu) renowned as the ‘Scotland of India’. On the way you will get an opportunity to visit Kushalnagar Golden Temple and Tibetan Colony and Nisargadhama. Later you will visit Abbey Falls, Omkareshwara Temple and Raja seat.
  
  On arrival in Coorg, you will have an assisted check-in to the hotel. The rest of the day at leisure. You can explore the enchanting beauty of this majestic hill station and soak in the serenity of this place.

• Day 3 : Coorg

  After the morning breakfast, proceed to Talacauvery which is the birthplace of River Cauvery and Bhagamandala. Explore the surroundings of the river and you will get an opportunity to gaze at several species of birds. Spend some quality time here and delve into to tranquillity of nature. In the evening return back to the hotel. The rest of the day is free and you can relax at your hotel. You can enjoy a stroll nearby the resort or explore the nearby market.

• Day 4 : Coorg - Bangalore (260kms / 6hrs Approx)-

  After having morning breakfast, check out and leave for Bangalore. On the way, you will visit Srirangapatna which was the capital of King Hyder Ali and his son Tippu Sultan. The name Srirangapatna is derived from the famous temple Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple situated at this Place. Dariya Daulat Palace (Summer Palace) is set amidst the Daria Daulat Bagh (Garden) built by Tippu Sultan (popularly known as Tiger of Mysore). Outside the Srirangapatna fort is the Gumbaz where lies Tippu Sultan, Hyder Ali & Tippu sultan mother’s tomb.
  
  On arrival at Bangalore, transfer to Airport / Railway station to board flight/train to your onward destination.
