Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi - Mumbai - Bangkok - Pattaya

Arrive at Bangkok. After custom clearance, visa processing and baggage claim, Local Tour representative will meet you at Gate No. 3, near information center (subject to change, kindly check your vouchers). Thereafter, he will transfer you to Pattaya. Enjoy outside views on your way to Pattaya. Check in at the hotel and relax. Rest of the day is at your own leisure.

Day 2 : Pattaya (Coral Island Tour)

Charge yourself with morning breakfast at hotel and set out for an exciting tour to Coral Island. A few miles off coast Pattaya, Coral Island or Koh Larn is an exciting place to spend a day on white sandy beach and enjoy water sports. One can explore beautiful and extensive coral while scuba or deep sea diving and enjoy snorkeling in crystal clear sea waters. Laze around on the beach and bask in the sun or get playful and indulge in exciting water sports like parasailing, water-skiing and jet skis. Later return to hotel and relax after an eventful day.

Day 3 : Pattaya (Day Free for Leisure)

After a morning bed tea, refresh and recharge yourself with a fill at breakfast. The day is free at your own leisure. Laze on Pattaya beaches, go for some shopping or self exploration or else, you can opt for some local sightseeing tour (at an additional cost). Later return to your hotel and relax. This being your last night in Pattaya, you can also go for exploring the raving nightlife of Pattaya.

Day 4 : Pattaya (City tour) - Bangkok

Have your fill at morning breakfast at the hotel, pack your bags and check out from the hotel. Today we return back to Bangkok. En-route we take a panoramic city tour of Pattaya and visit World’s biggest Gem Gallery. Proceed for the drive to Bangkok and check in at hotel on arrival. Rest of the day is at leisure. You may opt for some optional evening sightseeing tour (on an extra cost) or go to explore the famous Bangkok nightlife. Later return to hotel and get some sleep.

Day 5 : Bangkok (Day free for Leisure)

Have a fill at morning breakfast and set out to explore the wonderful city at your own. Visit to Bangkok remains incomplete if you don’t shop! Explore the markets and grab great deals at the local markets or world-class malls for absolutely everything you buy right from trendy clothes and accessories to designer goods and electronic gadgets. If shopping is not that you are looking for, opt for any sightseeing tour that suits your interest. Relish local cuisines and this being your last night of the trip, you may as well explore the famous city nightlife. Return to the hotel afterwards.

Day 6 : Bangkok (Day Free for Leisure)

Wake up to a vibrant morning in the land of unlimited delights and recharge yourself with morning breakfast. Today is free for your own leisure. Catch up on left shopping deals or go for self exploration of the city. Or else, opt for a thrill-filled day at Safari World & Marine Park (on an extra cost). Safari World is Thailand’s greatest open zoo and leisure park that offers loads of thrills and entertainment for all ages. Enjoy a spectacular and nerve-tickling safari drive through African wilderness setting, get close to the friendliest dolphins, watch the unique tiger & lion feeding show, etc. and have loads of fun with your loved ones. Later return to hotel and relax.

Important Information

Budget Hotel is not suggested for Couples or Families

This package cost is based on national USD rate at Rs. 64/-, the bench mark rate taken uniformally as USD is too much volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at which the Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrangements etc. Please don’t get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying / selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank’s Currency trading site.

To avoid impact of future fluctuation you can get the package cost freezed by making 100% payment of package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking or within 5 days of it. There will be Rs. 500/- (pp) extra towards Remittance & Bank transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for & on your behalf.

Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in itinerary - at time of full & final payment the TT selling rate prevailing at that time shall apply.

Choice of hotel is not available in group tour, mentioned or similar hotel will be provided (kindly check hotel rating and other details on respective website of hotels).

SIC means Seat-in-Coach basis. Coach will cover 4 to 5 hotels.

Luggage allowed- One hand baggage and Maximum 20 kg's of baggage is allowed. Carriage of Extra Baggage or LCD TV will be at clients own arrangements or at an extra cost, which will be advised by the local tour Operator.

Budget Package is not suggested for Couples or Families.

This is a promotional package which is available only for limited seats which cannot be hold and are subject to availability of seats on selected departure dates.

Tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention.

Equivalent (*) means the hotels with per night room tariff differential in the range of ten-fifteen dollars

Hotel Check in time is 2 PM to 4 PM.

Triple occupancy is not allowed in Romeo Palace hotel in Pattaya. In Case Romeo Palace hotel in Pattaya is confirmed in your Package. Then you need to Pay Rs.3500 Extra & you will get one single room for 3rd passenger.

Budget hotel with no star category will be booked

BREAKFAST: Fixed breakfast as per hotel discretion

All dinners will be Indian and will be served at Indian restaurant.

Meals are preset and a choice of menu is not available.

Schedule advised by Local Representative will be final and you have to strictly adhere the timings.

TRANSFERS: Standard bus transport

The tour cost does not include any Travel Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend Travel Insurance.

No tour guide/Escort accompanies our groups from India to aboard back to India.

Tour is in group & one may have to wait intermittently for transfers especially for pick-up and dropping as transfers services are used for other group tourists too (2 to 3 Hr)

Scheduling & re-scheduling may be done on circumstance prevailing at the time tour operations in best interest of tour group at the discretion group coordinator (Destination Management Company)

Hotels and services quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels and Suppliers, Else similar property (Hotels) will be used. Kindly be advised above rates are as of date and subject to change without prior notice. All our packages are subject to RBI / GOI Rules and Regulation.

Baggage Allowance- Generally one suitcase not exceeding 20 Kgs of Weight and 62 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H) is allowed as check in Baggage. One bag of not more than 07 Kgs and 42 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H) is allowed as Handbag/ Cabin Bag in Economy Class. Please reconfirm with your airline before traveling as its subject to vary with different airline.

All Tour packages offered by us are governed by the terms and conditions and undertakings in the package tour - service agreement along with the booking form, which are incorporated herein by reference.

The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss or consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the tourist alone would be responsible.

Please also note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; you might have to adjust timings for the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentioned now are only proposed at the moment. The hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.

This intimation supersede all previous offers by us and any verbal communication or offer made earlier by any of our representatives.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking

This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:
- Airlines tickets once issued, ticket amount is totally non refundable and date change is also not allowed.
- If cancellation is made any time not less than 11 days prior to departure, Rs. 10,000/- shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 10 to 05 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 05 to 01 day prior to departure, 90% of tour cost shall be deducted.
- In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
- Cancellation charges for Star Cruise booking shall apply as per star cruises cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.
- Cancellation charges for Air Asia or any other low cost carrier ticket booking shall apply as per Airlines cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.
- Once booking is confirmed during Super Peak period (Festivals, Holidays or Long Week ends) Cancellation fee of 75% of Tour Cost will be charged for all booking canceled within 45 days of travel.
- We cannot be held responsible for any “Refusal of Visa / Refusal of On arrival of Visa / Delay in issuance of Visa” and applicable cancellation charges shall apply accordingly.
- Subject To Availability and Price may vary at the time of purchase.
