Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : New Delhi - Dehradun (7 Hrs/250 Kms)

    Arrive New Delhi Airport/Station and Transfer to Dehradun By Road. Afternoon reach Dehradun and Check in at Hotel. Evening at Leisure. Overnight stay at Dehradun

  • Day 2 : Dehradun - Mussoorie (2 Hrs/35 Kms)

    After breakfast, check out from hotel and proceed to visit local sightseeing including Sahastradhara ,Robber's Cave,Tapkeshwar Temple . Evening drive to Mussoorie Hotel for Overnight stay.

  • Day 3 : Mussoorie Sightseeing - Haridwar ( 4 Hrs/90 Kms)

    After breakfast,check out from Hotel and Visit Mussoorie local sightseeing- including Kempty Waterfall, Gun Hill Point & local market and drive to Haridwar by After breakfast,check out from Hotel and Visit Mussoorie local sightseeing- including Kempty Waterfall, Gun Hill Point & local market and drive to Haridwar by 04.00 pm reach Haridwar hotel for stay.

  • Day 4 : Haridwar-Rishikesh Local Sightseeing

    After breakfast proceed Rishikesh to Visit Laxman Jhula & Ram Jhula. Evening attend Ganga Aarati by 6:00 PM. Later back to Hotel. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

  • Day 5 : Rishikesh White Water Rafting - New Delhi ( 6 Hrs /240 Kms)

Kindly note:

·         In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned, shall offer similar Hotel.

·         Visit to all Museums in program are subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of competent authority.

·         Vehicle shall be till the point it can access / parking only [Small/Medium/Coach…any type].

·         Normal timings for check in @ 1200 Hrs & check out @ 1100 Hrs [Varies hotel to hotel].

.      Ac won't work at hilly area. 

.      Flight Ticket Rates are variable.

·         All Cost quoted are in INR.

·         All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.

·         Kindly request all guest to carry their valid Photo identity along with address during their travel to produce at Airport / Hotels.

·         The above rate is inclusive of present applicable luxury taxes, any additional taxes or service charges levied will be applicable.




Cancellation Procedure :

·  All bookings for airlines/hotel accommodation/ground transportation are blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services are cancelled by us.

·  The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to its departure without assigning any reason. The tour price paid by the guest shall be refunded by the Company by 'A/C payee' cheque against receipt only, and no compensation and/or interest shall be paid in any case.

·  Cancellation charges for any ticket / Air reservation are applicable as per the rules of airlines/railways. Air ticket cancellation charges for special fares if paid by the guest are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any refund payable will be returned to the guests after receipt of the refund from respective airlines/railways after deducting the processing charges.

·  The tour may be pre-poned / post-ponned by the company in certain circumstances which are beyond its control and in case the guest wishes to cancel the tour, Company will deduct minimum INR 15,000 for World tours and INR 5000 for Indian tours per head minimum or actual amount received, whichever is higher, as processing fees to meet the partial loss suffered and rest of the balance amount paid by the guests will be carried forward to their account to be utilized by guest within one year for any future booking with company.

·  In case where full deposit is required to be paid in advance to enable us to confirm the reservation, no refund will be given if services are amended, cancelled or not utilized.

Refund procedure

All the refund will be paid to the guest by 'A/C payee' cheque only, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange within 60 days, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments were in part or whole in foreign currency. No refund will be payable, for any unused portion of the tour, due to whatsoever reason. No refund will be made in cash.
