Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Begin your journey by reaching Barkot from Haridwar. Whether you have opted for Chardham yatra package or have set out on your own, you are will assured of comfortable an overnight stay in hotels in Barkot.

• Day 2 : Yamunotri

  Leave early morning for Janki Chatti from where a trek leads you to your first destination of Chardham yatra. A 6 kms trek via Hanuman Chatti and Phool Chatti invigorates an enthralling trip. On reaching the holy shrine, take a dip in Garam Kund and perform Puja at holy Temple dedicated to Yamunotri Ji. Hanuman Chatti, Surya Kund, Yamunotri Temple and Divya Shila are the main attractions here. Drive back to Barkot from Janki Chatti the very same day.

• Day 3 : Uttarkashi

  To reach your next destination of Char Dham Yatra head for Uttarkashi. On your way, do not miss out on attractions like Prakateshwar Caves (formed by limestone and dedicated to Lord Shiva). Make most of your time at Uttarkashi by visiting the temple of Lord Vishwanath. Lodge at budget friendly and comfortable hotels like hotel Divine Palace, hotel Jahanavi and hotel Shivlinga.

• Day 4 : To Gangotri and Back

  Gangotri temple Morning is perfect for a drive to holy land of Gangotri. Perform puja and take a dip in the sacred river and leave for Uttarkashi the same day.

• Day 5 : Base at Picturesque Guptkashi

  Prepare yourself for an enthralling trip to Kedarnath. The trip can be divided in two steps in order to avoid fatigue. First drive from Uttarakashi to Guptkashi and spend a night here. Guptkashi is an exotic small town filled with the aroma of magnolia, which also offers a perfect view of Chaukhamba Peak.

• Day 6 : Trek to Kedarnath Temple

  As a second step, trek to the lofty mountains of Kedarnath for darshan and puja. Witness the impeccable natural beauty and spirituality that surges in the air of Kedarnath. Stay overnight in the vicinity of the temple.

• Day 7 : Leave for Rudraprayag

  After morning homage at the temple, trek back to Gaurikund. On reaching here, you can drive towards Rudraprayag directly. This small town is situated on the confluence of River Mandakini and Alaknanda. Often called as the Abode of Gods, Rudraprayag is a perfect base for those heading towards either Kedarnath or Badrinath.

• Day 8 : Badrinath

  Set out early morning for hassle free darshan and puja at Badrinath Temple. Take a dip in Tapt Kund and visit Mata Murty Temple, Bhim Pul, Vyas Gufa, Narad Kund and Mana Village in the vicinity.

• Day 9 : Back to Rudraprayag

  Drive back to Rudraprayag, take a relaxing tour of the town and look for places that you had missed.

• Day 10 : Back to Home

  Recollect memories and prepare yourself to narrate the story of your unparalleled journey to spirituality, while you head out for home.
