This tour starts by paying obeisance to Maa VaishnoDevi in J&K state. Proceed to 'Dev Bhoomi' Himachal Pradesh after Darshans. The highlights of this tour is a visit to 'Khajjiar 'which is known as mini Switzerland and is 23 Kms away from Dalhosuie and peep into the Tibetan culture and the residence of his holiness “The Dalai Lama” at Dharamshala . You will also get opportunity to visit beautiful Rohtang Pass at Manali.Any extra Adult or Child (> 5 years) other than mentioned in the Inclusives above (Same shall be directly charged at the Hotel/Houseboat/Camp)

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Pick up from Jammu Airport/Railway Station and transfer to Katra (60 kms). Check into the hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Katra.

• Day 2 : Vaishno Devi Darshans

  Early morning after breakfast, proceed for Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan. Trek down to Katra after darshans. Overnight stay at Katra.

• Day 3 : Proceed for Dalhousie & Local Sightseeing

  Early morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed for Dalhousie, a famous Hill Resort in Himachal Pradesh (220 Kms from Katra) which spreads over five low-level hills at the western edge of the Dhauladhar range, just east of the Ravi River. This place is situated at 6000-9000 feet above sea level. Check into the hotel. Local sightseeing at Dalhousie like Jandhrighat Palace, Subhash Bowli, Bara Pathar, Panjphulla, Subhash Chownk, GPO Dalhousie, Satdhara and the last but not least old Churches of Dalhousie. Overnight stay at Dalhousie.

• Day 4 : Khajjiar

  After breakfast, proceed for Khajjiar which is a vast emerald green meadow with thick forested slopes of deodars. This place is also known as Gulmarg of Himachel Pradesh & mini Switzerland of India. It is 23 Kms from Dalhousie by road and 13 Kms from Kalatop. Khajjiar is a forest glade of great beauty, 6400 feet above sea level". You may enjoy paragliding here during peak tourist season. Back to Dalhousie in the evening. Overnight stay at Dalhousie.

• Day 5 : Proceed for Dharamshala/Mcleodganj & Local Sightseeing

  Early morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed for Dharamshala/Mcleodgang (120 Kms/2.30 Hours) which is a famous hill resort lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar range about 17 kms North-East of Kangra town. This hill station is wooded with oak and conifer trees & snow capped mountains enfold three sides of the town while the valley stretches in front. Check into the hotel. Replete with Tibetan culture and the residence of his holiness “The Dalai Lama”. Visit Dal lake, Bhagsu water falls and Tibetan Monastery. In the afternoon, visit Naddi village which affords a magnificent view of Dhauladhar mountain range to the north and the vast expanse of lush Kangra valley to the south. This place is situated far away from the hustle and bustle of the Mcleodganj market and provides complete peace of mind. Back to Dharamshala/Mcleodgang in the evening. • Day 6 : Proceed for Manali & Local Sightseeing

  Early morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed for famous hill resort of Manali (245 Kms/6 Hours). From temples to antiquity, picturesque sightseeing spots and adventure activities, Manali is a popular resort for all seasons and for all travellers. Check into the hotel. Visit Manu Temple, Hadimba Devi Temple & Tibetan Monastery. Overnight stay at Manali.

• Day 7 : Rohtang Pass

  After breakfast, full day excursion at Rohtang Pass. Also visit Kothi, George, Gulaba & Marh. Back to Manali in the evening. Free at leisure for rest of the day. Evening stroll at the Mall road. Overnight stay at Manali.
