Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival

On arrival at Jammu airport or railway station, enjoy a drive to Katra which is about 1.5 hours to 2 hours away. On arrival in Katra, check into your hotel. You may leave for darshan in the evening or the next morning, as per your choice. For darshan, you'll be driven to Ban Ganga, which is the starting point of the 12.5 kms long yatra (journey) to Vaishno Devi.
Day 2 : Katra - Vaishno Devi Darshan

The duration of darshan (depending on your preferences) can range from 7 hours to more than 20 hours. Once you return back to Ban Ganga, you’ll be driven to your hotel. Have a comfortable overnight stay at you hotel.
Day 3 : Katra to Patnitop

After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel and leave for the beautiful hills of Patnitop. It’ll take you around 2.5 hours to 3 hours to reach Patnitop. Check in to the hotel on arrival. Enjoy the day relaxing in the cool weather, walk in the beautiful meadows and visit attractions such as Naag Temple and Raghunath Temple as and when you want. You’ll have a cab at your disposal for the whole Day.
Day 4 : Patnitop to Jammu

Today morning, you'll be driven to Jammu airport or railway station, (3.5 hours to 4 hours away) where you'll board a flight or train to continue your journey.
